So classy of the rangers to do that. I was in the building and fought back tears tonight.
BackSeatDriver Me too man. I was an emotional wreck after that.
He was to the Rangers what Roger Doucet was to the Habs. A one of a kind that can never be replaced.
Play this video before majority of the home games from now on. I'll take a video of John singing the US and Canadian anthems any day of the week
i'm a bruins fan but i was a huge fan of john's he is definitely one of the top 3 all time anthem singers R.I.P john you'll always be remembered
My dear friend for 30 years ! Will never forget you! God bless you always!
No one and I mean no one could beat John he was the best Anthem singer of all time. RIP
After thinking about John and this tribute a few months back, I had tears in my eyes and cried a bit. RIP John Amirante. Thank you for the memories.
Stephanie is my sister and later after the game Richie proposed to her
Beautiful tribute!!!
Even Though I Hate The NY Rangers Being a Flyers Fan This Tribute is So Beautiful by The Rangers!
Coming from a Chicago Blackhawks fan (the home of Jim Cornelison and formerly, Wayne Messmer), John Amirante really made the room filled up with such joy and so many tears, with just one simple voice and song for both our country and Canada. New York Rangers fans should be very thankful as always, that Amirante was able to do all of that, just for you and for his family. His voice shall forever live on and on, in the Rangers' and Amirante Family legacy.
There will never be another
Jessica Simpson would love to sing the national anthem(s) at MSG before a Rangers hockey game!
R.I.P. John, you were great. 1994
God bless you John. RIP. You are missed.
Chills
It still hurts
MSG should put together a hologram performance of the anthem.
I cried
Thank you John for all the years. I'll never forget your voice and the loud cheers. Game 7 "94" Let's Go Rangers
I’m guessing that is the Madison Club Suite view at 2:52. Am I right?
