Soft & Dense Cream! Matcha Pudding & Matcha Chocolate Pudding Recipe

    Desserts using matcha are popular in Korea these days.
    So I made a dense cream pudding recipe using green tea.
    I prepared a no-oven recipe so that even those who don't have an oven can easily follow along.
    The sheet was replaced by cream-free Oreo, and the recipe was made by adding matcha powder to the white chocolate ganache so that you could feel the bitter taste of matcha and the rich taste of white chocolate.
    Maltesers are also crushed to add crunchy texture!

    [ Matcha & Matcha Chocolate Cream Pudding Recipe ]
    Custard cream
    Milk 145g
    Vanila extract 4g
    Egg yolk 36g
    Sugar 25g
    Corn starch 16g
    Butter 15g
    Leaf gelatin 3g
    Whipping cream _B 115g
    Matcha ganache cream
    Whipping cream 25g
    White chocolate 20g
    Matcha powder 10g
    Custard cream 150g
    Whipped cream_B 90g
    4 Oreo cookies
    8 Maltesers
    Dark chocolate ganache cream
    Whipping cream 10g
    Dark chocolate 20g
    Custard cream 35g
    Whipped cream_B 25g
    Chocolate chips 10g

    Make sure to use the ganache lukewarm so that it mixes well with the cream.
    Prepare the leaf gelatin by soaking it in cold water for about 10 minutes in advance and then squeezing out the water.
    When making custard cream,
    Use a pot with a moderately thick bottom.
    It tastes even better after aging in the refrigerator for about a day.

      저는 젤라틴이 들어가야 좀 더 푸딩 식감이 꾸덕해지는 것 같더라구요!
      젤라틴을 넣지 않고 만드셔도 충분히 맛있을거예요😊
