KIMYOKITTEN They technically do, they're called loot boxes. At least in Japan you have a chance of getting something good, I wouldn't touch one if it was in the US.

Go to some anime conventions! They have mystery boxes all the time ;) now that I’ve been going to the same con for a few years I know which ones to buy from (particularly a cute little stationary shop) but they’re still pretty fun~
Be careful though. Even the ones that claim to be family friendly may not end well. I’ve gotten a few things that were not very age appropriate for me o////o (I was 12 when I started going to conventions, haha).

Okay wow the one with the figure was a real lucky one! because you paid like, what $3? and most figures cost around 20 + dollars so that's was a real catch! and it seems in a really good condition and quality and like you said it's brand new so... that was a lucky one!

The 'finger' you got is actually a thumb. It's a majician's prop, used for a few tricks. I have one myself and freak people out with the trick where you put a lit cigarette out in your hand, and the cigarette disappears.

The little "pog" is a Yokai Watch disk. My 7 yr old is obsessed with Yokai Watch and she has one. You slide them inside the watch and they say the Yokai's name and play music and stuff
