Great information, however, my mechanic has even change the fuel pump and checked other electricals yet still the gauge is reading incorrectly. I'm using Toyota Highlander 2001 model
Hello , Earlier today I went to start my car up engine light came on and gas gauge went to empty with gas light turning on (mind you I had alittle over half tank) . I went straight to advance auto to get the code read CODE P0463. I checked the fuse box under hood removed the fuse and put it back in gauge seems to be working but engine light still on should I have the engine light reset and see if it does it again ? See if the gas and gauge work properly? 2014 Chevy Cruze
Mine isn't working. 2007 vw Jetta. It didn't work earlier today, then after turn the car off then back on, it worked. But ever since then, now it wont move at all, it just stays on Empty.
