I saw him once when he played with The Stooges at Download Festival in 2004. I was fairly new to rock and metal at that point and basically went just to see Slayer, and he (and The Stooges) were the best thing there all weekend. Absolutely one of the greatest front men of all time. Hope you get to see him live one day.

@@VelvetViolator hey they get started early in Michigan. Lol. Anthony cut his hair some years ago and I don't believe Iggy has cut hair too short since the Mid 80s. Music being what it is it wouldn't surprise me at all if Kiedis picked up a thing or two about being a front man from Iggy. ;-)

Cuando saco el disco "American Caesar" la disquera no encontro ningun HIT, asi que pensaron en incluir Louie Louie (Iggy no estaba muy conforme con eso) un cover de Richard Berry a la vez buscando entre sus demos Iggy encontro Beside You, una balada que quedo afuera de Blah Blah Blah de 1986, asi es como llego esta gran cancion al disco que saco en 1993.
Saber eso es de nota. Gracias por el dato. ¿ Seguro que es una balada ?? Es igual, sea lo que sea, lo cierto es que suena genial.
@@vanidadintranscendente es una balada de Iggy, como Candy. No es lento pero sí, es una balada. El video original es genial, yo diría que es mejor que la canción en sí.
@@MrDanyBones Me gustan ambos, canción y video clip. El video-clip se adelantó por poco al tiempo. Hoy ya somos así: siempre al otro lado de la pantalla, del móvil o del celular o del ordenador. Como preconizó Steve Jobs. Y no calificaría la canción de balada, aunque no soy un experto en definir canciones, a mí me parece que es una canción con bastante fuerza como para calificarla de balada. Pero bueno, creo que también lo puedes escribir porque es una canción " como de amor". Como de extrañar y querer cerca a la mujer lejana y deseada, esa que está al otro lado de la pantalla. Gracias por tu comentario.
