And the most amazing thing is that Kate and Cindy still sound JUST THE SAME as they did 30 or even 40 years ago. @@candykelly2705 No it is for people like you with piss easy lives, but for me , who got rejected by every woman i ever asked out for 45 years and being i love and getting to kiss the first woman in your life then getting dumped because you were too nervous to have sex is really dark, makes me want to kill myself, im screaming and crying all night until im exhaused, i cant get a break unless i push it rediculisly hard in the gym and i get a few mins relif, then its right back to the god awfull hell again.

Kate is one of the greatest female voices in rock, and paired with Cindy Wilson they were the absolute best.
Still are, still are! While the B-52's haven't released any new material in ages, they're still around. And the most amazing thing is that Kate and Cindy still sound JUST THE SAME as they did 30 or even 40 years ago. They harmonize just as beautifully as ever and Kate even still reaches those ridiculously high notes in songs like "Rock Lobster" or "Planet Claire".

I'm 52 and found myself wondering if I knew any Iggy Pop songs. Went to Amazon and started playing his "Top Songs" and thought the first couple sounded familiar , maybe. And those were 70's ones. Then I heard this one and I remembered it! It came out in 1990 and I probably haven't heard it since '91 but I definitely remember it. Wow. So I do know and like an Iggy Pop song. I'll have to give more of his stuff a listen. I find it funny that , yeah , the only song I knew of his was his ONE and only Top 40 song! 😂
