    Thx for summarising this precious infos. I m a vegan diver too, and I know how being vegan and working out in the gym helps me staying fit, and this relates special to diving🙂 Keep up your good content. I would welcome a video on how to workout after or before diving and what to be careful about when exercising the same day as diving 🤿

      That's a really great idea!! Love the idea about exercise before or after diving. (Quick side note, I'm usually too lazy to do both on one day haha)

    Great video! We need more dive fitness videos! It makes a difference if you're little in shape when scuba diving!

    Would love a video about getting into shape/losing weight through diving.
    Maybe you know someone who lost weight through diet and scuba as their exercise? I imagine daily diving as a DM/Instructor would lead to weight loss and fitness?

    I would love if you would do a video and reducing your air consumption. I love scuba diving, I am a fairly new diver. I had to overcome some anxiety in order to get certified ( I am most drowned two times as a kid ) so any tips you can provide would be wonderful!! Thank you very much!!

    Hi Katt! Im glad your doing well. Does body fat affect your bouyancy ? Im suposed to take my advance open water ( peak bouyancy) this month but it was pospones due to the pandemic situation.

    • @OceanPancake
      @OceanPancake  4 года назад

      Yes, it definitely does. Fat is more buoyant than muscle, so you will need more weights to dive!

    Katt, Correct me if I am wrong. A Kilogram weighs about 2.2 Pounds(US)? Unfortunately my Governor Shut everything down. Parks, Beaches. Not allowed to go over to someones pool, Under risk of $1k Fine and 6 months in jail.

    • @OceanPancake
      @OceanPancake  4 года назад

      That's crazy! Well its safety first. And yes 1kg is 2.2 pounds :)

      @@OceanPancake My Governor Adolph Murphy has been releasing inmates because of COVID-19. That $1k Fine, Forget the exact name. Has to do with Disobeying the Governors Emergency orders.

    I'm 9.1% body fat, I tried diving but I didn't lik it, felt too un-natural, but I like your diving videos and sharing your vegan/no poo journey.

    There are plenty of things people could do to stay fit. Even if they don't have weights. Be Creative. Walking up and down stairs with a free diving belt or a BC. Help build leg muscles. Push ups with a free diving belt on. Help with shoulder muscles.
