As a newbie who had been watching Joe only for about two years, "Half life 2: The Private Trolly-chan's Redemption" was the most fun I've ever had watching a stream
As someone whos never watched a live stream besides Ragnarok, I have seen every single VOD that has been uploaded. HL2 is the best stream of his i've ever seen, some of the weeb games are legendary as once the cringe gets tiring the game being drawn out so long is funny but HL2 was funny every second. Most fun stream, the next closest is Recetier that shop game
The Reccetear streams had me dying in class every fucking day they were on. Peak streams, and it makes me sad that alot of the joe fanbase hasnt watched them
God it should take more than "Joe" casually mentioning totalbiscuit in casual conversation to bring me to tears but here I am Edit: I ended up having a nice cry then searched for TB merch, bought the only shirt I could find Edit2: did you know joe was on co-optional podcast with a face cam on? Truly wild.
Thanks for the highlights. Also, I don't know what program you use to download chat, but the thickness of the outline on the messages is a bit to high, so some senteces can be a bit hard to parse, otherwise, Great Highlights.
Outerwilds and Undertale are their own category honestly, there arent many games where you just cant replay and experience it again imo. both of them so unique and a game of a decade i think

I can’t just believe Danganronpa is above Ace attorney Dr can be so bad and obnoxious while AA has like the best dialogues in a game like that You get fun memes like “you ate the bone too” all the time. I know Joe likes the concept of DR better but at various points the writers just decided they learned nothing from it and the put up a lying experience with fucking shot put ball.
@@NycroLP that’s no accident, he put V3 there because of the ending. Even if he did that in a rush that doesn’t mean he didn’t think about it, he put trial and tribulations above and the others below meaning he thinks they are worse games. That’s unbelievable to me simply because when I look at DR I see a writer wanting to impress his audience with made up stuff he thinks it’s cool while the AA managed to do a very consistent job with every entry and explained every major point. In other words the Junko issue is too big to let it slide and so is 3-1, the writer is just not respecting us as he believes we would just a-critically accepts whatever he feels like putting in his story. That’s his opinion. So that’s fine we give importance to different things. That’s not even what troubles me the most. I think it’s crazy to put control in the same rating as Catherine since I think Control has absolutely nothing besides a good technical side (as large as an ocean as deep as a puddle) while Catherine had one of the most interesting stories driven by the alignment system alongside a refined compelling gameplay. I think it’s stupid to complain something doesn’t get the rating you think it deserves but if you rate Control that high compared to other games, probably for production value then we may have a problem since production value doesn’t mean shit on its own.
@@edwardsuouIt’s seems to me that the lists are “tier best streamed games” and “tier Joe’s fav games” They are not listed as the best games, but as Joe’s. So while AA is better written than Dr, Joe simply enjoyed Dr more that AA. I think that’s just it.

It's just my thing as DR tried to be a spiritual successor and yet is so childish in writing It's completely a step back if you ask me (if AA had better presentation and a concept more similar (where the first case introduces all the characters and only a few witness are added) everyone would be able to see the huge difference in competence). DR is flashy while AA is subtle and doesn't need fireworks and doesn't want to surprise you with out of the box thinking.

Joe's Recetier stream is one of the only streams that I've watched back multiple times. Can not believe it didn't instantly get into cream of the crop
