She didn’t/doesn’t get the recognition she deserves for playing this role. Her skill throughout this song is faultless. After seeing this show dozens of times she’s by far the best Carmen. I can’t stop watching this version. Never breaks character at all. She doesn’t even have to try. Stephanie Rojas this part was written for you. ❤️

Such a tragic ending for Carmen. I feel this song every time. Never tire of it. Brings tears every time I sing it. My highschool musical, circa 1995.
