- TOP 10 BREAKFAST in LONDON - London is full of unexpected quality food eateries that usually get by passed. Well today, I stopped and give it a go. A breakfast which passed the Darren John test - Off The Charts. A London fry up consisting of breakfast bubble and fried bread ( or fried slice ) The fresh uncut bread right down to the proper breakfast cafe tea. A London food vlog with pleasure.

Love this place - Sam's cafe in Bethnal Green Road, Bethnal Green East London.

We don't have bubble up north but noticed they're all presented different. This one is compact whereas others are loose great vid again "proper"😁

So South of the River a nice ride, is the Pride of Venice in Penge SE20 near Crystal Palace Park was an old Favourite of mine. Worth a visit Darren see if it is still as good as it was then 😉🇦🇺
Popped in there yesterday on your recommendation Darren - it's very close to the pub I visit. Only wanted a couple of bacon rolls but service was ace, and 2 packed bacon rolls only set me back £5.40 (I rounded it to 6 quid). Highly recommended !

Harriet's in Tenerife is Off The Charts - if they were in London they would have to change the menu to a London menu.........

Do you know what happened to Noodle King? About 215 Bethnal Green Road. When I am up next I will give the café a try. My ancestors lived off Brick Lane 1840`s EEL Place, Wentworth Street and at various locations, poor working class people, would have looked forward to the spread that Sams Café.

Another great Vlog Darren. I’ve had to cut back on my full breakfast as well mate & now on Sunday Mornings the wife makes me have flap Jacks & fruit, took some getting used to mate but me timbers were a creaking. Loved the walk down to White Chapel you should do more of them mate. Off the charts

Great video nice-looking breakfast. I was thinking of you the other night when a TV programme about fast food visited the best curry house in London. City spice brick lane. They went behind the scenes and show the presenter how they make a chicken tikka masala it' looked great

Bubble and squeak seems to be a southern thing, you'd struggle to find it on a full English up here ( northern England ).

Visiting UK from Australia for 6 weeks Sep/Oct and have been shedding some "wood" here to make space for feeds at the great places you have featured. I was on a budget of gaining 1 pound a week in weight while over there but might need to re-assess that after seeing that great plate.
