"If i was in Prague, the guy was going to jail". You have just summed up in one sentence everything that is wrong in France. I see my country getting worse and worse over the years, the justice system and the politics does nothing and even deny the problem, crime has exploded so much that unfortunately assaults are considered minor offenses that the police don't even bother to solve anymore. Incivility has become the norm. When I visit Eastern Europe, I feel like I'm discovering France as it existed in my grandparents era: clean streets, security, polite and educated people. Eastern Europeans, cherish what you have been able to keep at home, it's worth its weight in gold. I see many people in the comment saying that police could solve this problem, they can, but you have to understand that France has become a socially and morally corrupt country where behaving like shit has no consequences. Politicians and judges don't give a shit about our well being, mass migration from third world uneducated people is destroying our way of life, hard left political parties are calling for riots every three month, and we are probably at the dawn of a future civil war, but no one seems to care.
Thank you very much for exposing this with your large audience !!! I'm Parisian and it's been like this forever, I'm digusted of the local politics who let this happen even aware of this. I saw them each time I would go around the tower and faced uncomfortable situations that included families with children . As I do, I invite you all people witnessing this to call 3975 (Paris police services for non urgent situations). Authorities are much to blame rather than police because they are not sent to patrol around. And a simple local decree would prohibit each of these people being around the area once identified.
I visited Paris two years ago with my Family. We made a roundtrip through France. We met so many kind and helpful people all over France. Not a care in the world about the billions these criminals extort from victims all over the world. It's a war! Let's fight back!
second part of your comment is unrelated to the first one. the reason why "nobody does anything" is because the judicial system is inhabited by leftist do-gooders who let these people off the hook because they live in "difficult conditions" or something. the police has most likely already arrested these people 20 times if not more. the issue is in the judicial system and there isn't much the people of France can do about that, unfortunately.
It's not about hating tourists since as you can see there is no anti tourism movement in France contrary to other touristic euro countries. The issue is that the Mayor of Paris is a socialist (literally from the Socialist Party) and she refuses to acknowledge security issue as she believes it is right wing fear mongering. She keeps refusing that the municipal police under her command start carrying guns like it's customary in most french cities. These people are ideologues and do not care about victims. They really do have a soft spot for criminals though.
You can certainly have a higher chance of profit at actual "games", as opposed to pure "gambles". Something like Blackjack or even Poker includes an essence of skill that can enhance your winning chances quite a bit. But cups and balls isn't even gambling. It's a magic trick and you're betting money on an outcome that can't exist.
As a retired Romanian police officer I can tell you this: 1. In Romania at the last census (2021) there are around 3.4% rroma. Maybe a little more. They represent more than 20% of the inmates in Romanian Prisons. This is really bothering! 2. When that gipsy said: "go to your country!" it is very possible he wasn't wrong. Rroma are nomadic. Some are born in Turkey, some in Bulgaria, some in Romania, some in Serbia or Hungary. It is possible he was born in France and he is French citizen. 3. Rroma don't have what we call "national roots". They do not consider themselves as Bulgarian or Romanian other than if this can bring them some advantages. 4. I know a gipsy family where the father was born in Romania, he married in Hungary with a local woman and their children are 2 German, 1 French and 2 UK citizens. The migration path the family. What are they? Romanians? Maybe British because those two are the majority in the family.😁 5. It is possible in the group to be no-rroma persons. That's why they are using Romanian language and not the Rroma language. 😁 In Romania they tend to use rroma language or Hungarian language because, of course, many Romanians know Romanian language. 😁 6. Many scammers left Romania because they follow the money. To be fair there are years when I saw last time this scamming game in Romania. It was popular in the '90s but I think now nobody can be scammed with this trick in Romania. 7. Having them out from that spot it is not easy, it is just a matter of law enforcement. They will just move to another place for a while. I doubt that there are no "zones of action" already split between the gangs. Being in that spot means they are powerful and well organised.

I used to see the same scam in Vegas play out all the time but it seems that they've cleaned it up a bit, but something seems to go haywire in peoples brains when they see someone playing a game and seeming to win money. The group will pass rather large sums of money between themselves to aid in the con- you'll be watching and someone will lose $5, then win $50, then lose $20, then someone will step up and wager $1000 and "win" and get paid out in front of everyone, and all of the sudden plenty of suckers are ready to try their hand at $100.
France this is an absolute embarrassment that it is happening on the Eifel tower's doorstep.
As a romanian, my blood is boiling by watching this.
Me 2
As a French too, I would be him I would totally fight with this dude even if this is not very smart.
It’s not all Romanians so why does your blood boil?
Don't worry we all know that not all Romanians are like these scammers.
Empty tears
Honest guide crew- you guys are seriously heroes. Evil scum bags need to be confronted. They are largely cowards.
you are amazing. defeating these scammer, you are restoring public confidence
I was so happy to see you on Romania news. Good job!
Really brave of you guys to keep filming even after getting all the threats. Thank you for the video
But I am sorry to say I found the situation near Eifel Tower and Trocadero discussing because of these scammers. You hardly see any Police out there. I can't understand that in times like theses that you hardly see any police at these crowded touristy hotspots. The pure presence of police would scare them away. I also can't understand why there are so many illegal vendors who sell water bottles out of their bags or buckets. From my point of view Paris and the people of Paris deserve better. Au revoir!
@@HoldMySoda You are 100 percents right. And Im French.
I'm not sure about French law but in the UK spitting as someone like that is assault. Can't see it being classified much differently in France. Why not report it to French police online, attach the video as evidence. Keep doing what you're doing!
Not if you're a gypsy in the uk
nowadays in France , a migrant can stab and rape and it's not even considered assault, they will just receive free money from the tax payers...
Justice doesn't exist in France though (I'm french so I know)
Thanks for coming Dude ! You're doing the job our government will never do !
Be more careful when abroad, Paris is not as safe as Prague
They are all wanna be thugs all talk no actual bark
Poooosy
I've been to Paris, and I have no desire to go back.. Prague on the other hand was great. Paris no longer looks like it's even a part of France.
@@franksloe5087 trying to hide your insecurities maybe?? poor you
No where is unfortunately 😢
It is crazy how I have a video from 2016 of this exact scam. I see it has not changed since then
I went to paris alone when i was like 19. Was filming them on my old samsung s3. They hated it back then already. When like 2 guys approached me and asked me if i filmed i just started running lmao. That was like 12 years ago.
I saw them doing this in the 80s. There were tv programs about how it was a scam already back then. It's crazy how people can still fall for this.
In the 1940s they would read your palm so they could slip your rings off your fingers into their pockets. In the 1990s they would approach 10-year-old children, trying to rob tourists. And now in 2024, clipboards and cup games. They bring disgrace to the honest people in that ethnic group, and they make themselves hated everywhere they go.
I was in Paris 2000. Exact same scam. Since then I told everyone that Paris is an overrated shithole for tourists, and I'm right. People go once there and never again.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
3:05 I wouldn't have expected that😮
You guys appeared on the romanian national TV. Thanks for bringing awareness.
I'm so glad to see part 2 uploaded the day after I just discovered your channel with part 1. You made a huge impression and earned this sub. Keep doing what you do. You're amazing at it.
“Dude if I was in Prague the guy would be in jail” hahahah bro I love you! Supporting you and your movement against scammers all the way!!
Tourists: Spot and remember that dodgy fashion sense of the accomplices, it will serve you well in your travels around Europe to swerve and be on alert for pickpockets, scams, robbery when you see it. Think of it as a Fashion Police Alert 👖🔕
You are so right! Love it 😂 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
That ending was amazing, another classical paris scam. Great video, you are a hero
Janek, I applaud your emotional intelligence for keeping your cool after that disgusting piece of shit spat on you!!!
For not fighting 10+ people? doesnt take much intelligence to make that decision tbh
@@JustATotalNerdBut it takes a lot of self control. I'm not sure if I could handle it if that was me.
4:42 Mickey was unmasked!!
well spotted
You have the patience of a saint. Being spit on and not immediately throwing punches is the type of humility i strive for lol
They know they are surrounded, and not in their country. These scammers can easily also be affiliated woth or are actual "taker of lives" themselves. So unless you want to gamble with your life, just take the spit and move along.
Your name sounds like you ate a women. It would make sense, since women seem to think they can't be touched because they are girls. Well this is the real world. You need to know when to choose your battles, and they should only be self defense or defending a loved one.
i think he's just smart? throwing a punch would get him beaten up by 10 guys instantly, so what's the point?
Thats not humility, that's cowardice.
Don't allow it. If you do, people will never learn their lesson.
im pretty sure my academy of jiujitsu would love to go with you guys on a tour for this :D
The sad part is that nobody does anything because they are scamming tourists. Paris loves the money coming from tourists, but hate having tourists over there
India and their Department Of Technology (DOT), responsible for the telecom and service centers, do nothing to protect oversea victims from the rampant online scams... because it's foreign victims! Not a care in the world about the billions these criminals extort from victims all over the world. It's a war! Let's fight back!
That's all locals who live in tourist spots. And for good reasons.
Its not native French people doing these scams
second part of your comment is unrelated to the first one.
the reason why "nobody does anything" is because the judicial system is inhabited by leftist do-gooders who let these people off the hook because they live in "difficult conditions" or something.
the police has most likely already arrested these people 20 times if not more. the issue is in the judicial system and there isn't much the people of France can do about that, unfortunately.
Bro respect. More balls than police
French police are a joke. There was tik tok video of them crying because some teenagers beat them up
Police can only do one thing at a time, I suspect.
I’m so glad I see the part 1 today right before the part 2 comes out. Shout out to for the crew!
Goodjob exposing them man love the vids keep it up
Thank you for showing this, just one piece of advice for everybody: Do not gamble, the house always wins.
Not always. I walked away with a huge sum of $15 from a Peruvian casino. It paid for the cab to the airport the next day. 😂😂😂
Compared to these scammers, any casino would look like the most fair establishment
This isn't even gambling. There's no chance to win
Thank you for showing the world this disgraceful situation in the heart of the French capital.
As a retired Romanian police officer I can tell you this:
Romanians? Maybe British because those two are the majority in the family.😁
5. It is possible in the group to be no-rroma persons. That's why they are using Romanian language and not the Rroma language. 😁 In Romania they tend to use rroma language or Hungarian language because, of course, many Romanians know Romanian language. 😁
So, what is the recpie to get them out? Just regular patroling every 15 minutes so they don't have time to make the whole show for one looser?
@@sonickrnd That woulkd require immense manpower, and there is wayy too much touristic spot in Paris.
Who would be stupid enough to trust them to place a bet with them?
Da ist aber jemand überheblich!

Interesting question!
This is their way of life.
Funny fact!
When România applied for EU membership we were inspected by EU politicians. We had a meeting with Mrs. Baroness Nicholson from UK (it was before Brexit).
She told us that we are stupid because we don't send gypsies to schools, that we do not give them jobs and so on.
We told her: we can send a few thousand to the UK and please show us the "smart" way to deal with them!
😂 Look what happened in Leeds (UK) in July this year!!!!
Back to the question!
It depends how dangerous you consider this activity and how much money you want to spend to have them out of that place!
And also consider this: they will not go to work! How will they provide for their families?
I really don't know!
Gipsies came in Europe from Northern India one thousand years ago. No country was able to integrate them successfully in these 1.000 years. Do you think we will solve the problem today?
Romania sent to France a number of police officers (some of them with gypsy origin) to help the French Police.
this is so good and worthwile, you are doing such a great job!
Dude keep this up, awesome work
Needs more body armor, weapons, bigger teams and better training... oh yes, it's called police, but they don't go there, they stroll in safe parks and in... places, we don't know where, but they exist, on paper, and there is a budget for it... I don't know!
Respect for exposing crooks .Keep doing the good work.
Useless security! Thanks for exposing these scammers!
I just got back from Paris and I'm excited to see your "speak english?" part because holy moly, I was asked at least three dozen times in one day
Thank you for being HONEST. 👍
