No. It's the yes man approach. The scammer instantly let the woman hold his fake cash, forcing the woman to do the transaction. You're just watching but you won't be sure if it's done to you on the spot. It requires training to not fall from that.

What? The ticket inspectors aren't responsible for acting as police! And as far as the guys on the station know it's just a dispute between 3 guys. They didn't see any of the above ground interactions.
Realistically the best the ticket inspectors can do is request ALL parties to show they have paid their ride fare at the gate. If they have, then as ticket inspectors they have no further authority. Potentially they could assess the situation and request the police attend with urgency to investigate all 3 people but that's it.
You're looking at this situation with 20-20 vision, or perfect hindsight. All this ticket inspectors will have known at the time is 3 guys having an argument.

This guy is Bulgarian. There is something distinct that he said that gave him up. Just before he entered the subway station. I really cannot translate it on RUclips, because it is extremely explicit and involves mothers and sexual activity. I can also tell you he is from the eastern parts of Bulgaria, because of the very specific dialect that he swore in. This is at 4:47, he later repeats it, but he is whispering it. I can not exactly pinpoint where he is from just based on that, because anyone from Varna, through Burgas, through Plovdiv and Sliven uses this specific variation of cursing in the same manner. If I had to bet, I would say he is somewhere from the south-eastern part of Bulgaria. I hope this helps in some way. If I have more information I can probably dig him up online, but you already have enough experience finding them yourselves, so hopefully the hint that he is definitely Bulgarian and what part of Bulgaria he comes from, could help you.
I'm sick of Bulgarian pickpockets, pimps, and scammers around Europe. I bet at some point he was active in Barcelona, because when I lived there, most street hustlers were either Bulgarian or Romanian, but Mossos slowly, but surely mostly flushed them out of the city, that is why they seem to move to countries that are not part of the EU zone.

Prague is such a beautiful place and it's 100% worth a visit, just ignore anyone coming to you offering anything and enjoy your staying... Play dumb but don't be a dumb. There are scammers all over the world and you just need to be prepared not to fall for any of their tricks... And also, if you are thinking of getting to know the city outside of the center, be aware that a lot of people don't speak English, even in commercial places. The most important advice would be: Use your credit card and avoid handling money.
