This was so informative! My sister has been “vegan” since her 20’s ( now 63) and I honestly don’t know how as her health is tanked🥲. We actually grew up raising our own beef & then she married a 7th Day Adventist & never ate meat again! Her husband has already passed on & she’s not doing well whatsoever! But there’s no convincing her. I found carnivore & was able to lose a cane I used for 2 years😀. I’m just now reintroducing foods & discovered Keto Chow & we couldn’t be happier!👏🏻. Thank you for all you do❣️ God bless🙏🏻
We're glad you found the information helpful! It's interesting to hear about your sister's journey and your own success with carnivore and Keto Chow. Everyone's dietary choices are unique, and it's essential to find what works best for your individual health and well-being. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm delighted to hear that you're both enjoying Keto Chow! 😊🥩👍🏻
Excellent presentation. Loved learning about the nutrients minerals humans absorb best and why! Thank you. Most especially appreciated the info on vitamin D2/D3 as well as Magnesium. AWESOME. THANK YOU Chris B. of KETO CHOW!
Fantastic presentation! Quick question about the mthfr thing, for folks who have it, if they are eating keto, do they still need the extra methylated B vitamins you think? Thank you!
If you have MTHFR, you will always need to get pre-methylated B vitamins. It's possible that you could get those from animal source foods but you would likely want to supplement regardless. B vitamins are water soluble so getting too much isn't a problem, getting too little would be bad.
@KetoChowRUclips okay, never clicked that I might need to supplement because im keto, I do have 1 mthfr marker, my son has 2, most women in my family have been tested now and have 1 or 2. Thank you so much, this explains a lot. :)
Great presentation!

This is why, when fasting, I'll take the fat-soluble supplements with a few gulps of heavy cream.
Smart move!
