    Thank you Kim! 🩷
    I sooooo needed to hear this today. I'm 54 and in perimenopause and following a "ketovore"way of eating but nothing seems to be moving in the right direction, BUT I am staying the course and trying my best to be patient with the process.

    Long stall here. I mean loooong. Went to ranch sit and worked from tail off for 10 days. Lost 5 pounds. Made me realize i do have to incorporate exercise. (Ugh)

    At 51 I have to admit that I'm still a little bit mad that I wasn't born to rich parents, lol.

    So I'm doing a 21 day fast, but the fasting drops have less electrolytes than the electrolyte drops. Is there something I'm missing? I'm assuming I should get the electrolyte drops instead, even though I'm fasting? What do you recommend?

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  Год назад +3

      The fasting drops and the electrolyte drops have roughly the same mg of total electrolytes, they just have different ratios with more potassium in the one and more sodium in the other. To get more electrolytes, use more of the drops.

    Hugh Jackson cuts that physique by fasting and deliberately dehydrating to insane lengths. Its the dehydration that makes him look like that

    I can totally relate to this(like every word). My problem now is trying to eat! Ugh! With IF that came naturally for me. I have a hard time trying to keep it down, I have a battle going on in my mind I no longer know how to feel hungry( sounds crazy but it’s true). So far I’ve dropped 100lbs in 10 months. First year anniversary is August 1st of this year. I started with Carnivore dabbled in ketovore where I had oxalate dumping (bad) coming out of my eyes!! Not pleasant! So back to carnivore where my body is very happy to be. I had a 3 month stall, did the gaining couldn’t figure out why but I stayed the course. Never going back to having 2 strokes, valve replacement ( Aorta) with 3 being repaired. For me Yes I needed to lose weight, yes I had to get my anxiety and depression under control along with heading to dementia! If I didn’t change my lifestyle! It had taken 62 years to become extremely obese. I realize now through tons of research my body stalled because I’m not done healing that staying the course works with tweaking along the way.
