    Great tutorial, that scrapping forearm strike is similar to Irish bare knuckle boxing forearm strikes.

    If you learn to incorporate a boxing drop step and boxing trigger step into your FMA training it'll help your striking exponentially. Danyavad.

    Careful! There is people that have extremely dense / sharp underarm bones, meaning that in practice, when hacking arm against arm (or bone against bone) you can crack your underarm! (I still have a large crack in the underarm of a hack training session of a few years a ago!)
