That's cool. I really dig this amp! I think it's a totally underrated Blues Jr. killer. It's sounds so good and it's so portable and versatile. I have a review planned for end of January / beginning of February
@@TheBedroomRocker1 Good, there aren't that many good demos of it on YT! I find it a GREAT classic rock amp. Best of Vox/Fender cleans with best of Marshall like crunch! The ONLY real let down is the reverb! It's terrible!
I have the same pedal but it has some problem i think! When i try to record. A second layer on the top of 1st layer it automatically goes into playback mode after 2-3 seconds even though the red light is still on (recording) What do you think whats the issue? Because my 1st layer is not long enough??
This is weird.. There shouldn't be any problem for recording a very short loop (there's no minimum recording length). Try pressing it once to start recording, press it again to stop recording and it automatically enters playback mode and repeats your recording. To record a second layer, press it once to start and once again to stop. If it it's really not working, I suggest you make a short video illustrating the problem and send it to Thomann customer support. They'll be able to help you or, if the unit is broken, ship you a new one or issue a refund if it's still in the warranty
hahah always! Yes, this looper was a big disappointment. They revamped the design since this video but I am not sure if for better... If you want a good simple one-button looper, the TC Electronic Ditto Looper is always a certain bet! If you want more options like storage banks and drums, then look at Digitech JamMan or Boss RC or Nux Loop Core. I have the Nux Loop Core Deluxe Bundle, which is quite nice with plenty of memory, decent drum tracks, comes with an external extra footswitch to loop up/down, and so far has lasted for some 2 years. It only annoys me that you cannot save and switch between loops on the fly, so you have to stop the playback to save part A and start recording a part B... it's quite bad if you want to loop live, but I don't do that, so it's ok. In any case, they are all great tools for practice, for creativity/composing/arranging, and for fun! @@javierthewish I am quite sure they have changed this pedal since I've made this video. I'm not sure if the issue has been fixed though. The Nux Loop Core Deluxe is a great pedal and has been going strong for a few years already! The only issue I have with it is that you cannot save the recorded loops while playback is ongoing. This is a problem, if you want to jam live with the looper. For example: you can't record part A in a bank, build your layers, jump to another bank to create some part B, then jump back to part A. You'd have to stop the playback in order to save part A before jumping to another bank. Not a major issue if you're just playing and practicing at home though and the in-built drum machine comes in handy as well. Hope that was understandable and helps? Cheers!
@@TheBedroomRocker1 Hmmm now that you say that... I have to thing about the option you mention. cause that can be a deal breaker. Thank you, this was super helpfull
Hi James B, When the pedal is in playback mode (re-playing the recorded loop), just hold the footswitch for a few seconds to undo/delete only the last layer you've recorded. To delete the entire loop, stop the playback by pressing the foot switch twice, and then hold it for a few seconds.
Phew! I was just about to order one too! Thanks buddy 😁
Any time!
Cheers mate, I was thinkin' to buy one, but I'll get one nu-x. Thank you very much for helpin' us!!! Have a great day 🤟🏼
