Lars nice to see you back AND playing one of Leo's great instrument inventions. Additionally, thank you for demonstrating this "Drum \ Looper" peddle, very, very nice.
THX so much, rachel! it's great i finally found the time to come back for some more videos. it's always a great pleasure to work with gregor! atb, lars
Check out this video here ruclips.net/video/NtF4xYM6MJM/видео.html ..and you will realize that the drum sounds like shit. For jamming around it may be good enough, but why don't they put in some nice sounding drums in there? It's not like it's expensive to do that! I would buy this pedal instantly if you could load your own drum tracks onto it via an SD card or USB (pedal would be more expensive of course).. --> This one might do the job!😍 --> Flamma FS21 Looper/Drum Machine
I bought one from Thomann after seeing the video but there's one thing I don't get : how do you erase your recording...it seems to remain on the pedal even after pushing the button several times or twice etc..I can't clear the loop...excellent drum sounds, I must admit so thanks for the tip
It looks perfect, it could replace my Ditto+Mooer Micro Drummer....but then I noticed - 300mA power consumption? I have only 100mA on my multipower supply :(
I'm courious about how it sounds A lot of loopers alter the sound quality How does this? I own a donner circle looper and I find it to be better than the lekato or the ditto(in matter of soud)
Sounds cool and would love to play with one, but Thomann's shipping to the US is so abysmally high. The item is $89...shipping is $37. I always tell people living in the US that Thomann seems like a great value, until you see the shipping costs...or have to pay to ship something BACK to them (which makes shipping to you look super cheap!).
I own it maybe a year and used it 5times max. I dont know how about other people, but the provide almost zero instructions in a package which are not helpful as maybe just me needed. One could say - jesus its only two main knobs, its easy..Well, not that quick my friend. For me its not good due to the very odd way of control. And last - the biggest problem is that this will people buy to jam for themselves or for TRAINING. But downside is,that you cant set a exact BPM/tempo.because there is no display and only non-marked BPM knob. Try Flamma instead. Its almost same price. Mine is in post from Thomann right now and Double Jammer will be selled
Purchased one of these based upon this review. While it is inexpensive, mine also did not work. Only one of the style functions works on my copy. Neither the tone nor the speed function works. It’s is lightweight, so it isn’t even heavy enough to be a paperweight. Disappointed.
Hi, can someone tell me the name of the song he started playing here: ruclips.net/video/efazPPzzykk/видео.htmlsi=k2DqG6MS7WUCrn3N&t=93 or the name of the original bass player of the song?
hi, this is not really a song. i simply used a II-V chord pattern that was played with a standard latin rhythm with the help of the two hand tapping technique. pretty much like a piano player play it. hope this helped! :-) atb, lars
@@LarsLehmannBassplayer thank you, I know, I used to play the same latin rythm that I learned like 25 years ago from an bass instrctional VHS video 😅, chances are Dave Weckl was in that video playing drums. I'll find it and show it to you, same tones, same rythm including the taping.
@@miguelon75 ha, we all come from somewhere, right? since i am an old fart chances are i've watched the same video you're talking about. in the 90's i had vhs tapes of guys like beaver felton, dewayne pate, pattitucci ... victor live at bassday 98 was also in heavy rotation at my place. good times that definitely left their mark! atb, lars

@@miguelon75 holy moly ... watching this clip feat. victa was like a trip way back in time. in fact i completely forgot about this one, but i definitely remember now that i watched it back then and stole a lot from victa with my eyes and ears! thanks for this!
Yeah, millions have been doing this in front of their recording rig, for years! For those of you who care to solo, on bass guitar. I'd rather just, "Hold it down." Ha!
Problem with all loopers is... .does it start recording when you make the start button click......or when you put pressure on it to make it click but starts when the button is released? Can't tell on this demo. If it is, when the pressure is released, it's unusable, as you are trying to sync to a downbeat . So , is it using fuzzy logic to sync with the internal drums? Or what? Can you answer this question? Hmmmmm
@@basstheworldofficial not my question. There may be some software that unlinks the drum machine with the looper. My question is about the mechanics/design of the switch itself.
@@johnrhodesguitartuition I’m sorry sir, but you’re never getting an answer. Your arrogance and nitpicking isn’t worth the channels time. Hopefully you enjoy this pedal!
Nice, but I already have the Donner Circle Looper for 2 years. At this point it's a matter of which box has the better drums. The Circle Looper has excellent sounding drums and patterns, except for the disco patterns, which in my opinion overuse the old syndrum effect. Would need to hear more of the drums from this one.
Ahhh... The tone of the Stingray just kills it!
Great to see Lars have so much fun, en him becoming a one man bossa-nova orchestra ..

Oooh yeeeeessss, Lars on the MM, nice pedal too.
The simplicity is very nice! The video is a little bit to short to check out the different styles of drumloops.

No complaints. It’s sounds natural
Is that a V4 I see in the background?
a B-25 B
Donner has something similar, with a lcd screen .....

Can you record a bass loop then disable the drum machine and just play the bass loop? Might be fun to practice drums
