I would be interested in learning to make sushi for home consumption. This video was already a big help as I have no idea what I was supposed to look for when choosing fish. My suggestion in the future though would be to include TWO examples. One that is good and one that is not good for raw consumption. That way it's easier to compare and contrast.

I'm curious about the frozen salmon & tuna! I've seen short videos on them but wanted to know your thoughts on it! I'm sure it would still have to be farm-raised salmon & wild caught tuna correct?
I've never used the frozen salmon/tuna from Costco but there seems to be a lot of interest in it so I'll have to check it out. But yes, farm-raised salmon is safer overall to consume raw. Wild salmon is fine as long as it's been frozen properly. Large species tuna (bluefin, yellowfin, big eye) are all mostly wild caught.
