Non EV certified ford technician here, got a focus electric and had this same issue on a customer car. Good find. Mine also came to me after someone had messed with the disconnect connector.
i did to go to toronto to for training in 2006 but the training was just basic on safety and had to phone for suport there were no shop manuel it was a aftermarket hybrid on E350 and workhorse it sucks not having the info
