@Abdul Haq Majeed I still didn't find any solution yet, I bought them new and now they're sitting on my side table collecting dust. I only used them for 2 weeks. Haylou definitely knows about this issue in GT7 and they should recall these defected products. I tried everything factory reset them many times the same way they told in the manual but it didn't work. I lost hope so they're just laying around now
