Since it is still alive and look kinda fat my theory is the owner of the camera removes and feeds the cuckoo just enough to keep it alive. At this point I feel kinda sorry for it. Yeah it is a parasite. But now it is a small starving bird.

I don't like cuckoos either, but you're too hard on them. Cuckoos also bring their benefits. They are the only birds that can eat some types of poisonous caterpillars. Other birds do not eat them. If not for the cuckoo, then the overpopulation of these caterpillars would be a disaster.

我认为鸟父母有喂啦！只是频率更低。不过杜鹃比其宿主大两三倍左右，需要三倍的营养，一旦分食就陷入营养不良状态。

这个杜鹃也是杜鹃届的耻辱了。
是最倒霉才对。据之前的视频两只幼鸟常同时压在身上；由于眼未睁开多次顶错方向，屡屡无功；最后成功推出去却杀个人类来将它们放回巢；当它重复推时耽误了吃饭，加上又屡屡推错方向，徒劳无功，而另外两只拼命吃饭长大。由于它比宿主需要多三四倍营养，很快差距越来越大，最后落得这番田地。
對！跟恥辱一點關係也沒有...這是人為的結果，我們這群吃瓜的就只能帶著研究精神看下去😂
