Love your new hat. :-) When we took our daughters there about 15 years ago, I bought a book at a gift shop on the first day. It's title: Death In Yellowstone. Why did I think that would be a good idea? I spent the next 10 days seeing lethal situations every where we turned. Death by scalding. Death by bison stampede. Death by falling off a bridge. Death by having a rock fall on your head.
That would be an interesting read. Yes, it can certainly be a dangerous place. Even a moment of inattention or sudden loss of balance and you're in a bath of acid.
