This quest was a perfect example of how people don't know or cherish the thing that have until the day they lost it that's when they know it's true value

Until this day, Dehya Story Quest is still my number 1 story in Genshin. To me a good story is a type of story that you can't predict and this one did had many plot twists.

Arnold mentioned baizhu s story quest , I sure hope he gets to do it right after it comes out and doesnt make us wait lets say 7 patches to witness his reaction to this masterpiece of a quest
He made his twitch audience wait a while lol but he's said it will be uploaded to RUclips in the order of if he played it during its original patch. So no extra wait for RUclips.
Probably my favorite story quest to date, next to the newly released Clorinde SQ. This one had great pacing, cool twists and definitely highlighted Dehya's relationship to others and her character in general.

Speaking of traumatic mouth injuties, in grade school my sister was having her birthday party at bulwinkles(think chuck e cheese but themed on the cartoon rocky and bullwinkle). While waiting for the pizza to be delivered to the tables, my sister decidedto put 1 hand on the benches on either side of the aisle, and swing her legs. She got a bit over enthusiastic, and nexttning she slipped, landed face first. Her lower teeth went through the arez below her lip(think the under lip part of a goatee, around 1/4 ti 1/2 inch below the bottom of the lip. Lots of blood. In the ER she was so difficult and wouldnt sit still. The numbing was wearing off about halfway through the stitches. Mom told them to finish as is, she needed to learn what happens when you waste the doctors time misbehaving.
Teeth were fine, had a thin half inch scar, and never a ted up in a doc office again.
Biting your tongue is not about "to not be able to talk"
It's old method to unalive yourself when you captured.
I think i learned that in 2000s in Naruto "land of waves" arc. There was a scene when Inari's mom threatened the bandits to bite off her tongue to let her son go if they need her as their hostage.
I never got the chance to play her quest because of how busy i am these days im so glad the vod is finally here 🎉
Funny how the best SQ in Sumeru (imo) came from the 2 standard banner characters

I loved this story quest it was great. I might be a lil bias cause Dehya is one of my personal favs! 😍❤️🤎🖤💛🔥 But I kinda could tell what was gonna happen with her father while we were searching for how to find him. What gave it away for me was the letter sent to Dunyarzad's father asking for those supplies, I knew that wasn't from him. But the twist I wasn't expecting was the letter at the end. I thought it might of been her mom's but plot twist proved me wrong and I love how it gave some more layers to her father's character! The way her father described finding her in the desert reminded me of good ol Benny boy! Maybe they might be slightly related 😂 Dehya is an older version of Benny with good luck! Lol But it makes wonder if both will have parts in Natlan's storyline since we assume Benny is from there and now Dehya might be too. Also I it cracked me up when you mentioned Paimon's funds are basically our money and Aether say the same thing right after 😂😂😂
Such a great character man loved her during the entire AQ quest but this, her teaser just the icing I love her so so much. Still waiting for more merges she’s still at C0 😭 and although obviously flaws in her kit be damned I still enjoy using her a lot, it does help that she was my second pyro character ever that I used
The Relics' boss didn't just decide to die. I found it pretty self-explanatory that he just slit his throat or something along those lines. But this is still a game for kids, they can't show that kind of visceral brutality. They can mention it, they can hint at it, but that's all.
to be honest even if Dehya is not that strong, I still like MHY giving us this story. I really like Dehya the first time I see her. Her design is very interesting and I like the skill animation A LOT!!!!
I cried the time I played this story quest and now I'm crying again🥲
No amount of terribly-designed mechanics will ever stop me from considering Dehya one of my favorite characters.
I pulled her and Beacon of the Reed Sea on her debut. No regret.

I also have a soft spot for weapons with kick-ass names, like Primordial Jade Winged Spear, Elegy for the End, Engulfing Lightning, Calamity Queller, A Thousand Floating Dreams, Beacon of the Reed Sea, etc.

This quest really came out of nowhere for me. I counted this as one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of playing in genshin. Still not beating out Ei's SQ2, but it's on my top 10... maybe even top 5!

If there will be a Dehya Story Quest 2 it will be after Natlan Archon Quest...maybe Dehya's biological father or mother is from Natlan
Dehya has such a great story man, it's a real shame that people overlook it because of her kit.
Similar to Amber, great character in story but done dirty by a bad in-game kit.
Dehya's story quest definitely one of the best, if not the best story quest in the game so far

One if the best story quest in Sumeru. Deyha is such a good character (except her kit) that ending twist made me think she deserves a second story quest
Dehya really was not done justice on her kit. If I lose 50/50 on her I'd gladly accept it, I don't care what anyone says. She even inspired people to start a donation in real life. This story quest is deserving of being one of the best ones, Dehya is Pog
Hey, Arnold! I don't know if you'll see this but I'll give it a shot. Completely off-topic but.. I'm kinda curious if you have plans on playing Wuthering Waves? I really liked that you appreciate the story of these games and It's really rare to find creators who are this dedicated in lore.
Ah, Dehya SQ. So far, the only one to have made me tear up. Loved it so much and really bonded with it and Dehya even more!
