Man…. I’m in the middle of this too I ordered everything and I think I ordered the wrong header panel too still waiting for it to arrive. The eBay description said 2017-2022. Now that I seen this video I know it won’t work. Lol thanks this helps alot

What if I have 17 with stock oem led , is wiring same? I understand that I can swap for stock 20 led but high beam will not work , but how about wiring with 20 morimoto?
Nice video! I've seen other vids, where the conversion does not allow the OEM high beams to work, even with an aftermarket harness. Did you have this issue with the Morimoto's?
@@EVDMFG the 2022 Morimoto headlights are the same as they 2020 ones that @gh0stSh3lls was referring to. The ones you installed in your video are 2020-2022 morimoto head lights.

I’m sure you can, but I don’t know that these headlights would work as simply. You may also need to change things like the hood and fenders to make it work
I'm sorry that I missed your comment! They come with the DRL harness, and they're plug and play with the OEM ford wiring. If you're wanting to install them on a truck with a factory LED package, they are not plug and play. I'm sure they can be used, but some wiring changes will have to be made

There is a conversion kit that you can buy to make an excursion look like a 2017 model, would this conversion work for that too?

Thanks. Nope no issues at all, they plugged right into the oem wiring and everything works like factory

@@Gh0stSh3lls that I can’t speak on, but the 2022 led morimoto model does in fact plug and play with the 2017 halogen trucks.
