Vrabel was bad last 2 seaons. And with a complete new OL, new QBs in the house. The one thing you can throw at Callahan is: he thought Will is ready to go. And he struggled creating easier gameplans, having checkdowns for every play 'cause the OL let slip one through all the time. QB guru? I do not see it right now. But it all is not one-sided. Maybe Will has the tools, but not the football IQ...
Yep. Only thing in advance for Mason: experience. Overall: bad QB. Did you see his throws / flying ducks? And longer balls are on the way for "minutes"... We unfortunately need a new QB, one that can learn BEHIND a true vet (Cousinns?).

It takes time to build a winning culture in the NFL and it’s very rare coaches especially first year coaches are successful off the rip. One of the best coaches in the league right now started off with a 0-10 record his first ten games and now he’s potentially taking his team to a Super Bowl. Franchises that just recycle coaches stay at the bottom half of the league every year
