I actually have an extremely terrible reason. LOL I might consider it in slower seasons… but, as a one man crew, it would slow me down in the heavy months. I have 5-7 stops per day in the heavy months. The upsell wouldn’t compare, if I have to do less stops as a result. But on the slower days, and slower months, it would definitely be a more viable option. Also, if I had a second person on the truck, it would make a legit service to offer. Pre’ much the same reason I don’t advertise concrete sealing. I just stay so busy doing what I enjoy.
Hey mike so I run a 10gpm machine at 2400psi with a mini mondo and walk probably a quarter of that speed. What tips are you running? I obviously need to change something asap if you’re moving that fast with an 8. Thanks!
To answer your question, I run four 2503 tips at 3000 psi. One key is to run only the length of hose that you need. Most of these neighborhood homes can get by with 100’ of hose. Also, this driveway wasn’t terribly dirty. And, there were a few lines afterwards that required a second pass. I also post treated with 3%.

Can I run a mini mondo with a 5.5 gpm belt drive pressure washer? I’ve read it’s 6-12 gpm.

Divide your 10gpm by number of bar tip nozzles to get the proper working tips. Four nozzles divided by 10gpm is 2.5 gpm nozzles.
