I was at the local BMW dealer picking up parts and I saw one. Although I'm a fan of the Caribbean Aqua finish, I do not care for the white accents and pinstriping. I much more prefer the Nanuq White paint scheme.
@mahmoudawwad8626 I’ve encountered both. It’s been close to 120 degrees Fahrenheit where I live. The feels like temperature. Amazing what humidity can do. lol.
I ❤ all your videos from 😎🔥loving 🇨🇦 keep it up. Sadly I saw that “Mini” is going to 🛑 making the convertible 😖 I guess that’s why they made this beauty for 2024 after that no more convertible in their lineup. The head designer said all their new vehicles will be based on the original “Mini’s” and don’t think back then they ever had a convertible model? Can you please show in detail the differences between the Mini Cooper Countryman and the Mini Cooper Countryman S, and the JCW versions. And is it really worth spending more “Money” on a S or the JCW version of these 3 mini’s. They’re very expensive in Canada to buy any Mini vehicle’s used ? or new? I use to own a Mini Cooper 3 door but sadly had to get another vehicle that my mother could get into and out of that wasn’t just 3” from the ground. I really miss my Mini after all the years. And now my mother my she R.I.P., until we meet again on the other side. And also why doesn’t anyone ever show the sounds coming from the radio? I would ❤ to hear it? Have a wonderful day and always take the long way home in your 😎 Awesome Mini 👌🏼 And I live where it snows and are they both good in snow?
Copyright issues prevent us from Playing music through the stereos. Also, convertible production isn’t ending. I don’t know where you heard that. Convertible is just as good in the snow as the hardtop. Very competent cars. Pricing in Canada is largely an exchange rate thing.
Nice review on this Mini. Can't stand those frying pan alloys. Diamond cut wheels are just a nightmare. $46.5K is unbelievable for a Mini rag top. These cars are ridiculously expensive.
Yep. I didn’t have my new DJI wireless microphone at the time. Now that I have it I still occasionally have connectivity issues but this was also shot on my phone since the car was about to get sold.
I filmed it with an iPhone 13 Pro and truthfully you don’t know what videos I’ve filmed with a GoPro or an iPhone. I started this channel with just my iPhone. Most people use just their iPhones for RUclips video filming.
@@TheMINIac gopro footage is ass, i can definitely tell (i'm a nerd tho). recent iphones, however, have really good video. i tried log video on an iphone 15 pro the other day, and its AMAZING if you know what you're doing. please don't shoot in cinematic mode, that's rough. did you upscale this to 4k? iphone 13 series does not support over 1080p 30fps.
I think I'm no longer impressed with special editions, ugly wheels, fancy key fobs, white trim, etc. Instead they should put some $$ into better mechanical R&D so that they are as dependable as Toyotas, Hondas and almost all other Asian cars. Whenever I drive my babied MiniS I feel like it's only a matter job time before I'm writing a check for $2K to fix something that only dealers or the very rare German repair shop can fix. I love driving my Mini...but not fixing it. Sorry Miniac, no offense.
They already are dependable. I’ve not ever had issues with an F56 generation MINI and I find very few ever had issues with these cars. Watch my buyers guide on the F56. Biggest problem is you’re babying it. MINI’s like being driven. Go out on some twisty roads and open the darn throttle up. Get that turbo going.
Not sure if you have been living under a rock but the gen 3 Mini's are as reliable as Asian cars. All previous issues have been addressed and fixed. Furthermore the exterior paint, fit and finish is top notch and the interior is made with premium materials that hold up extremely well over time. It's a winner.
Yes. I am aware that I said “Slick” way too much in the video.
I would love to see Carribean Aqua on other Mini models.
Same here. For a time you could get it in hardtops in Europe.
Stands out from the boring crowd 😎 just loving the Colour, being in the UK just need it to stop raining as picking mine up next week 😀👌
Took a good look at one of these in the dealership during a service. Lovely finished car.
Especially in Caribbean Aqua.

Can always change the trim bits out and peel off the line stripes. Those are stickers.
Looks good
Should have had white seats, IMO. Otherwise, it's pretty darn cool 😎.
Oohhh. Satellite gray would have been epic.
Any idea about the sound isolation and is it reliable in hot weather?
Reliable in hot weather for sure. Sound insulation it’s a little noisier than the hardtop but not that much.
@@TheMINIac
Many thanks for the quick response, hot means for you like 30 Celsius or 47 Celsius?

Are you going to mini on the Mac August 4th and 5th?
Unfortunately no. I have one big trip in August and since I’m working with the MINI JCW Team, it’ll be to Road America in mid August.
Is this color available on the other models? Very nice.
Only on the seaside edition currently. It’s a color that was discontinued got the convertible but brought back for this special edition.
In a world of really boring cars, Mini is the only one putting out something colorful and different. Bravo!
I would add Porsche to that mix too.
@@TheMINIac Agreed.
The back actually does have the”S”… they made it part of the word “Seaside”. They even used the correct font.
Ooohh I didn’t even notice. Good eye.

does seaside refer to Seaside, CA?
No. It just refers to the seaside in general.
But you are welcome to say it does. 😁

Agreed. Mini pricing is over the top outrageous. And whoever is designing their cars needs to resign. Ugh.
Respectfully disagree with regard to design. Pricing, the vehicles are premium compact cars. Not economy cars so the pricing fits accordingly.
Nice video but you need a wind muff (aka "dead cat") for your mic. The wind noise is very distracting.
