(e.g., check 18:44, 18:47) When we engage inner thighs as Funakoshi prescribes in Kyohan and pull with front foot, it will not lift up and twitch. No matter how minor, any such unnecessary movement telegraphs the attack. To achieve one-piece attack, strip away everything extra. 2) Full penetrating oizuki ends in hanmi, not with the same square hips and shoulders as gyaku zuki. Linear power line extends straight from rear standing leg heel all the way through attacking fist. (Test against resistance to confirm.)

Ich benutze die blauen. Wenn ich mehr Widerstand benötige spanne ich das seil mehr oder wickle es noch mal um. Speziell bei dieser Übung würde ich empfehlen den Widerstand zu wählen bei dem Du in der Lage bist ca 10wh schnell auszuführen
