The video is from an Austrian tv show (Das Wetten) wherein this performance was played to promote the Wein (Vienna) performance of "Tanz der Vampire".
This rendition has subtitles in both German and English. The translation is not literal because sentence structures were modified to fit they rhythm of the music . I had to substitute or rearrange words in order to retain the same number of syllables in each stanza, and where possible to reproduce rhyming.
