Great insight here! I will say, I am GM2-1 Genji main, and I play 800 DPI 3.69 sens (I know). I won't recommend it though. But it's not worth ruining your aim completely to play Genji for a few weeks.

Probably Either Genji shurikens dmg up on 29/30 dmg would be cool and Dmg reduction while DRY blading (roughly 15-20%) would be nice, idk if its too OP
how do you do the animation cancel thing when u blade. like you first hit them with blade, but then u hit them a second time without the animation, so u kinda hit them faster and more times.
This precision thing very annoying, so I basically learned how to play the game in the wrong DPI all this while. I see Necros and you doing 180 instantly and imagine I used 800 DPI 15 in-game and I could not get this speed, only because it was auto adjusting my DPI. How sad, I climbed all the way to Master 4 with wrong DPI I have to learn the game again.

Hit dash Hit is faster, + makes it harder for the enemy to kill (Dry blade I'm guessing)
