    WHOA!!!! At 4:48 when you did that stability test... YOU sold me, bro!! I was undecided between the Flexispot EQ2 (@$849) and the Uplift V2 commercial! But when you LITERALLY lifted your entire body weight on one side as if you was doing dips.... I was blown away in disbelief!! I will defintiely use your link to purchase this desk because you earned it bro.... and my respect! thanks & Salute!

      Did you get it? How was it, in terms of stability and motor sound when lifting? I'm looking into their E2Q, E5Q and E7Q and trying to compare.

      @@yvngpei9058 ...It literally just came this morning! It's still in the box. 2 kinda heavy boxes at that! lol... which is a good thing. I'll definitely let you know this week.

    E7 plus also only has two motors and has a lifting weight of 440pounds. Otherwise it does look great. Lots of people swear by the apex pro but its well out pricing me. Managed to pick this up today frame only for a bit under $500 after a sale and a 10% off coupon and it looks promising.

      Hello, how has your experience been the last few months? How is the stability at standing height, how is the monitor wobble?

    • @BluD
      @BluD Месяц назад

      @vincenius3630 it's very good. My old desk I had to have bolted to the wall to avoid wobble this one is very comparable at any height. Well worth it.

    How is the side to side wobble? I’m deciding between this and the uplift v2 commercial.

    • @BeauHD
      @BeauHD  7 месяцев назад +1

      It's pretty much non-existent -- just tested on a desk that's a couple years old too!

      @@BeauHD well I think I’m sold haha. Thanks for the vid! I think this is a newer desk so there aren’t many reviews out there yet

      @@stevenbrown3249 Awesome, happy to help! Remember, if it doesn't work out, you can always return it... Might be a PITA but it's still nice to keep in mind haha

      @stevenbrown3249 Have you bought it and can confirm that it does not wobble when at a high height?

    • @stevenbrown3249
      @stevenbrown3249 4 месяца назад

      @@frankbecker5532 hey! Yes I bought it. My standing height is around 41”. I’m 5’9”. and it only wobbles if I quickly move my hand going from the mouse to the keyboard. It’s a minor wobble though. The monitor does shake a little when you type but you can’t really do much about that. I bought the vivo universal stabilizer bar for the back legs, and also use a keyboard wrist rest, which helps absorb my wrist movements. I think it feels very solid now.

    If you lower the desk to where your arms have about a 90 degree bend when using it, do you have any issues with your legs hitting the frame on the underside of the desk?

    • @BeauHD
      @BeauHD  8 месяцев назад +2

      Good question! Yes, my knees do start to touch the frame (I'm ~5'11" for reference). One solution I can think of to remedy this would be to install the frame slightly off-center and positioned more towards the back of the desk to provide for more clearance.

    Thanks for the awesome review? You noted black walnut? Im torn between just ordering the frame and sourcing a top elsewhere or ordering with one of the options they offer initially. That being said. im not seeing the black walnut? Is the desktop the chipboard material in the color "Walnut veneers" ? How would you say this is holding up with all of your gear on top?

    • @BeauHD
      @BeauHD  6 месяцев назад +1

      The black walnut option is under the solid wood texture desktop material. It's super smooth and glossy, but seems to be holding up well. The other walnut wood desk of theirs I've had for longer also is holding up well. Though, you do have to be careful when moving items around. It has suffered one light scratch (though it might be able to be buffed out). That said, if time isn't an issue you could run to IKEA and see if they have any relatively cheap wood countertop in the returned or damaged section. I've gone that route before :)

    Loved the review. Well done and informative. Sad that flexispot seems to cancel discount codes so quick so urs doesnt work already. But thats not a deal breaker.

    What is the length of the bars that go from front to back that attached to the tap top? I’m trying to determine if it will take a 25 inch desk (ikea).
