Tbh I just hang out and don't push anyone to my channel. A tip might be to hold up a sign or put on your booth "Sub to [your channel name]" and that can be a conversation starter. Like, people can go up to you and ask about it. Be yourself but obviously be nice and genuine. Consistence is key as well! I'm not very consistent but I try.
