just wanted to say, I once joined pls donate on my alt (0 robux was raised so far) and i saw these people having a fight over religion so i stepped in and stopped the arguement by siding with the ppl being harassed and told them that religion is ones choice and that they should be able to confidently make their decision without being hounded by others who have different beliefs.
They eventually agreed and walked away and the girl followed me back to my stand and donated me 195 robux! She was generally super nice :)
So yeah my fastest time I raised Robux was 3 minutes and I made 195 :D (it was also the first server i joined)

I would say its totally random. If you get lucky and join a good server you can make up to 200 and if you join a bad server u may get 5 to 10 or even 0! This means in depends with the server you join
