If it doesn't work: press the windows button, press tab, use arrow keys to select settings ⚙️ and press enter. Type touch pad in the search bar and select whether to turn it on or off. Press space to turn it off and turn it back on.

I just realized something... You said to use the Windows button... This tutorial is for Windows, isn't it? Hence why it is not working for me. I use Linux Mint. The touchpad is working just fine in Windows for me, but not in Linux Mint, version 20.3. I can move around just fine on my touchpad but I cannot click on anything. A small suggestion, if I may: maybe add to the title of this video that this method is for Windows users... I was way too tired this morning to realize this, but now I do, so...
