@@coreynorthcott9201 bro Khabib fought 5 top 5 LW, and more of in top 10😂😂😂 McChicken ass licker
His striking is definitely not underrated, his striking was only effective because of his wrestling and fighters having to defend the take down so heavily, he didn't have good striking skills

Khabib is right.. so many great wrestlers fall in love with striking and let go of what made them so great… and end up losing their edge in wrestling(and get KOed by a great striker)
Gaethje vs Max comes to mind
@@H982FKL-TGneither of those guys were ever wrestlers idiot.
The goat reminds you who you are. You are olympic champion brother
Khabib is not completely wrong here, if Henry focused on wrestling more and better BJJ he would be as good as he is now, if not better, striking can come second.
But henry keeps saying he doesn't play jiu-jitsu but i think it is just an excuse of poor his submission threat is.
@@Todo_fighting he is too short for jiu jutsu
No, he’s undersized, he can’t “just wrestle” because his opponent can distance management much easier against him, and can use the cage to their advantage with cage wrestling. Henry fought up a weight class, he never stood a chance against those bigger guys when he had to cage wrestle (watch aljo v Henry). Henry was forced to strike to avoid the cage and force the fight in the middle. Khabib would know this if he fought up a weight class or he watched his own fight against Tibaue. Khabib used his almost 50lb weight advantage to bully his opponents into submission against the cage, but when he ran into a guy equally as big he couldn’t do that. He was forced to strike which almost cost him the fight if octagon control and engagement weren’t so important back then in judging criteria.
"What are you doing"😂
I absolutely adore khabib I hope one day we see him in action again
Khabib was like "Ahhh so you're a striker now" hahaha

Khabib been actually honest just wrestle😂
Henry laughed it off and got humbled later for it.
It was a compliment, he's 🏆 Olympian u fuck
He should have laughed it off, Khabib has no clue what he’s talking about. Khabib could cage wrestle because he was such a big weight bully, Henry was undersized. he couldn’t cage wrestle because size and strength are so important in cage wrestling. Henry had to learn to distance manage because he couldn’t cage wrestle 135ers. Just watch Tibaue vs Khabib or Henry vs Aljo. Both those fights Henry and Khabib both try to use the cage to wrestle and both fail because cage wrestling always favors the guy that’s bigger. Khabib was blessed with the body of a massive welterweight who could cut to lightweight. He got to use his size to bully his opponents into the cage. Henry doesn’t get to do that.
" You are olympic champion "
Henry "Wha...."
khabib pretty much telling him... yo u an Olympian TF u kicking me for?!! LMAO

Khabib’s response is hilarious
Khabib understands what truly makes mixed martial arts/martial arts in general great: PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERTISE! yes be well rounded but don't form a gameplan that is contradictory to your core skill set! Especially in such an important fight like a title fight for your grand come back to the sport...
You don't need distance you're an Olympic champion 💀💀
Khabib is amazing. I love his no nonsense
Nah, people don't understand how good of a coach Henry is.

Funny coming from O’Malley whose only UFC loss was from a kick like this
Which goes to show that it was a rare & odd occurrence.
@@imagephobia9815
It's not rare or odd. It's a perfectly calculated kick. Chipotle skillfully destroyed O'Malley leg.
@@irvingceron1016nah it was not calculated nor was it intentional. It was lucky to end the fight but chikivara intended that leg kick just as a normal leg kick and got lucky.

Henry is a striker, see his fights. He does not use wresling as much as he uses striking
Khabib was teaching him about his last fight. He was explaining his intentions with distance and Khabib corrected him.
Hes not wrong. Feels like Henry uses his wrestling the least effectively out of any high level wrestler
If Henry went in there with the same mentality of Khabib, nobody would beat him.
But his wrestling probably peaked and he's just been maintaining it. Rather than mixing it with grappling and improving upon it.
It is kind of wild how he’s literally an Olympic gold medalist wrestler and you rarely notice it in the cage. Seems like with his credentials he should be rag-dolling everyone in his division just like Khabib did.

Khabib could use better striking
Khabib hat pretty underrated striking. He knocked down conor.
@@campeao36i think its more of the threat of his takedowns that makes his striking effective a lot of uppercuts and wild shots itd be a long day if you overshot and he gets a hold of you 😂
Why? His stand up game was the best. Not one person could put a mark on him while standing up striking Khabib. Khabib fought like this his whole life and he’s the only guy to never bleed or get a mark on him in history, let alone being undefeated.
Name one amazing striker who undefeated without a mark on them? You can’t.
Khabibs recipe for disaster was proven. His sloppy strikes is what threw his opponents off balance.

@@pRiMeEmIrP911 Yeah thats farfetched but he still definitely wasn't "lacking in the striking department". He's definitely one of the best to ever do it. Jon Jones the 🐐 tho
Cejudo can’t “just wrestle” he’s not seriously bigger than his opponents. there’s a reason Khabib couldn’t “just wrestle” against Tibau. It’s because Tibau is a MW masquerading as a LW. He was too big to just force takedowns.
Tibau was also on enough sauce to feed the entire country of America's chicken nuggets diet bro lol
