Thank you for your video. I like your comment to take care of their pain in emergency dept. Many patients do not get enough pain meds to take care of their acute pain.I will be very sensitive to their pain management any time I care for a sickler in ER.

Great video! In people with sickle cell disease, what percentage of the erythrocytes typically exhibit the malformation associated with the disease at any given time? Assuming STP
i have sickle cell.... i wish i could play football but, i cant because of this horrible disease... i take folic acid for it when i can, but sometimes its not enough... :(((( i really wish there were a cure or a healtier way i could treat myself.
It was very helpful in understanding the actual facts that one can not get merely by reading a text book.
