Can this be used on FDM prints? If so how is the quality? I am curious because when I print FDM using clear filament, they are very opaque and I thought this might help to make them more transparent. Also, is it possible to use this if you do not have a wash and cure station?

I don't see why not. It might bring out the print lines though. But give it a go. And no, you just need UV light to cure it. Whether that be a uv lamp or the sun
