You need 100% crit for CoC, so I'd recommend something like any spell/brand selfcast for acts and first maps, than manabond mjolnir (uses same chest gloves and jewelery) with switch to CoC when you have Split Personality x2 and all uniques
Well I like bosses. So breach on maps is good if you can farm it on a first weekend while Chayula minion weapon costs a lot. Then Chayula breachstone for the same weapon and also blessing. Grab nodes for guardian maps and invitations to drop more. Farm any guardians and their invitation, then when I'm sure I won't fail it - non uber bosses themselves - helmet from Sirus, helmet and boots from Maven, all that is insanely expensive and goes down over the course of first week. Feared is good once you have some gear not to fail it. Logbooks are good too if build can handle occasional boss. Sanctum helmet from unique relic is super expensive, once run doesn't take ages to make and you can't fail it it's super profitable. Then Ubers, Maven is probably the easiest of them and can be downed with much lower dps than I have on this vid. At some point I leave only Delirium as a map mechanic, take all Uber nodes and just run occasional guardian maps with some juice for extra packs.
Might need an expensive ring (onslaught on hit + attribute%) and some shenanigans to fit in auras without life reservation tatoos. So, only endgame version will be affected. But they might fuck things up in patch notes too.

At what level can I spec to this?
You need most of the ES+Life nodes on tree, so I wouldn't go for it before 90s
