- A strong leg day always starts with a great warmup - especially in chilly seasons. So I’m starting with the usual sled work for ankles, knees, and hips. And layering on leg extensions and calf raises to prime my muscles for squatting. But don’t forget the importance of upper body mobility to improve your squat position too.
Do you ever feel like squats always hit the same areas of your legs? Today we worked legs front, back, and EVERYTHING in between. Nordics, Cyclist Squats, and Leg Extensions are just a few ways to get a thorough lower body session without leaving gains on the table.

I really love nordic curls for knee health, it just makes them feel so much better overall especially on days that I'm doing deep squats and also feel like they add a lot of size in my hammies and make my legs look bigger =0

As a 9 to 5 worker .it will be helpful if you make a video of a home workout using dumbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands

@amir x pro most people are working shifts to support their families. I found a 20-minute workout any other day is helping me mentally and physically, and I hope marcus will help.
