She can barely sing but that's what makes this song so charming, it doesnt feel like some shitty overproduced pop song, it has soul. I see comments saying moe>nico and while I feel bad agreeing with that, Nico didn't fit into the band organically or naturally at all while Moe *makes* this band. Love her
Couldn't possibly disagree more re: Nico, her input on the band was godlike, that album would've been totally different without her. But obvious Moe is one of the greatest musicians ever.
The vocalist is Maureen Ann "Moe" Tucker who was actually the band's drummer. Too bad she didn't sing a lot of songs. She has a great voice! Actually my favorite song of this band!
Recalling the days singing this song. Such fond memories. RIP Gareth, I will always remember singing this with you. Hoping the door leads to some place fantastic.
Even at that age, she still sings the song like an innocent little girl

Past her voice used to sound different. She could sing. I don't know why she didn't.
She is a punk rock singer. It just sounds like a human person, not a pop star.

Love watching Moe Tucker sing this.
shit...I am crying again.what a beautiful song
Oh sweet Moe... I wish I was there...
how could anyone dislike such a great person over something as stupid as ideology
Nico and Moe were both great. Neither are particularly great people but neither was Lou and I don’t see anyone complaining.
Moe unlike Nico never did drugs and left the band to focus on raising her kids. Moe is a great person
Love!!! I can’t believe I just heard this for the first time! Yes!
Mo Tucker 💕
She looked right at the lens ? I think... That's cool
Lou Reed and Mo... made this... perfect song. Beautiful.
(...) E seu pudesse fechar a porta para nunca mais ver o dia novamente 😣, talvez a noite duraria para sempre
Based on the look of Lou I'd say is in the middle 90's.
I'm not sure if is John cale. I wish to know at least what year is this from.
When they did the reunion tour in 1993. It was with Reed, Cale, Morrison & Tucker
This is the full gig (in Paris) ruclips.net/video/C_ExmXKFgMI/видео.html
This is the reunion

Glad this exists but camara work sucks.
Maureen > Nico
I think the fact that Maureen isnt a Nazi helps
@@nedlongdon8607 I don't think she was a Nazi mate.
@@joefitzgerald7660 nico was, unfortunately, probs all the heroin
@@nedlongdon8607 Maureen is pretty right wing by the way
@@TheSyd19 being right wing doesn't make you a nazi 😂
