I love Sakurai but his idea to shorten most legendary themes like this just to fit the "faster style" of Ultimate was not a good move on his part. Especially since characters like Mega Man and Duck Hunt still have themes that last like 10 seconds

Ren and Stimpy in Nickelodeon all star brawl
Tom and Jerry in MultiVersus etc
