    Ingredients needed to make Our Delicious Lamb Biryani and Madras curry sauce
    Lamb Biryani
    8 pieces of pre cooked lamb (you can use chicken, chicken tikka etc, however add ginger garlic paste, onions first then chicken pieces, once it’s all hot then add spices as per video guide)
    Precooked pilau rice - takeaway/restaurants size portion
    1 tbsp heap Service onion ( you can use half fresh onion chopped, make sure to caramelise them first, add pinch of salt and then add lamb)
    1/4 tsp mix curry powder
    1/2 tsp Shan Biryani Powder
    1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
    1/4 tsp Chilli Powder (optional)
    2 Green Chilli (optional)
    1/4 tsp ginger and garlic paste
    Handful fresh Coriander
    1/4 tsp fenugreek Leaves
    2tsp tomato purée
    1/4 tsp Shan Biryani powder to add at the end, just before turning the heat off.
    Couple pieces of cucumbers, tomato and lemon to garnish
    Madras curry sauce
    150-200ml approx Base gravy
    1/4 tsp mix curry powder
    1/4 tsp chilli Powder
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    1 Chef spoon of tomato purée
    Pitch of fenugreek leaves
    1-2 tsp Fresh coriander

    Hi Babel. That madras sauce looks great mate. I’m doing your garlic chilli chicken (again) and garlic rice (again) its sooo addictive. Will give this sauce a try .
    Will try the Balti next week but will make my own Balti paste.

      Pre cooked meat is ideal for business not for home. This biryani isn't home style.

    If I precook pilau rice the day before I need it is it ok to reheat it in one of your dishes thanks. Carl

    Hi Babul I like the look of this one, now I have a conundrum. This or the chicken Balti I had planed for tonight's meal. Well at least the Keema nans can go with either. When I do this I think I will add a hard boiled egg when cooking the Madras sauce.

    I prefer the vegetable curry sauce with biryani. Have you done a recipe for that?
