I'm not sure if it's much of an Easter egg, more of an in depth really. I noticed that the mask for the miles morales 2020 suit, the game treats if like a helmet instead of a fabric which I thought was a pretty great attention to detail.
One that I noticed is in the opening scene when chasing a helicopter, it shows Peter and Miles swinging in a sequence almost identical to the one where Peter teaches miles to swing while escaping Doc ock in Into the Spiderverse
There’s one that I found a bit ago, at the end when Miles and Peter are talking about jobs for Peter, Miles puts in the idea of a being a teacher. That could be a nod to one of the original Mile’s universes where Peter Parker died as a teacher at Mile’s school.

People dress up as him in the first game's party sequence, so will they ignore that?
For the post credit scene it is curt connors it was confirmed by the subtitles and he has already been the lizard because at the Halloween party mission from the first game one of the teachers dressed up as the lizard. Very nice and informative video! I wanna add something regarding that book that Phin read in one of the time capsules, the one with the Ben Ulrich quoting. It was written by Ezekiel Pendragon, it could be a pen name for Ezekiel Sims. One of 616's Spider-Totem too, but got his powers ritualistically. He became some sort of of a mentor / father figure for Peter, supporting Pete and guiding him to see his Spider powers as something mystical. Ezekiel's also the one protecting Cindy Moon aka Silk from Morlun and his Inheritors family by sealing her inside a bunker for years until the Original Sin event. Anyways, I think the name is just too much of a coincidence since Ezekiel is a very unique name and part of the greater Spidey lore too.
See the Mannequin thing could very well be a nod to the Weeping Angels, but I think it's more likely a nod to the first episode that we get introduced to Rose and the 8th doctor, seeing as how those mannequins were the same.

The lizard already exists in this timeline. In the original game you can find a vile of the lizards blood in one of Peter's backpacks. And peter says that once he got that he was able to create an antidote to turn him back into dr connor's. But it didn't last very long
Yeah and I have a comic book that’s the same story as the ps4 game and one of the fanarts shows him fighting lizard in his blue and red costume so I assumed it was before with 8 Spider-Man years

See the Mannequin thing could very well be a nod to the Weeping Angels, but I think it's more likely a nod to the first episode that we get introduced to Rose and the 8th doctor, seeing as how those mannequins were the same.

The lizard already exists in this timeline. In the original game you can find a vile of the lizards blood in one of Peter's backpacks. And peter says that once he got that he was able to create an antidote to turn him back into dr connor's. But it didn't last very long
