- After Annalise (Viola Davis) guides Michaela (Aja Naomi King), Asher (Matt McGorry), Connor (Jack Falahee) and Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) through a therapeutic exercise from rehab, Michaela gets the shock of her life. From the season premiere of How to Get Away With Murder. Watch How to Get Away With Murder THURSDAY 10|9c on ABC, streaming, on demand and Hulu.
Sis, Michaela's scene triggered tf outta me. I really cried as she tried to release the burden alot of black women carry
I definitely cried during this scene they are all hurting inside Michaelas part hit me the hardest “Love yourself michaela”
I knew I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. When she started crying I cried even harder
Victoria Lee I started crying when Annalise was hitting the pillow it was so emotional
I lost it after Michaela's turn ..but I have to say I can relate to connor on so many levels
ohh shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up!!!!!!!
so either she fakes her Death or she dies and the series ends there
If I learned anything from htgawm that they always find a way to surprise us . So it could be none of the options😂
@@rebekahatwell8064 😂😂
This season is the end of the show
Said the same thing ..it’s gonna be jacked up though if she’s actually dead
I think faked her own death. In order for everyone to get out not arrested and sentenced to prison, is for them to turn on Annalise and Annalise death is faked
Annalise spent her life teaching us How to get away with murder..only to get murdered herself? I-
Irony right
I think its a plot twist. Shes gonna fake her murder
Yeah that's like the highest level of getting away with murder
Live by the sword die by the sword kinda vibe maybe?🤔
Yes, because it's a trend to kill your main character these days. Pretty lame if you do it at the end of the show.
Lol the way you can all tell that is fake? All those people would not be at Annalise’s funeral lol 😂
T.R. Williams I didn’t think about that. Great observation.
Hey is this the first episode? Why is everybody talking like it's last? PS : I'm about to watch the 1st episode of s6 tommorow
Andre Johnson loll good point
I’m thinking about the blonde lady on rehab. The way Annalise looked at her like “I have a plan”. What if they change names or something? The lady dying while taking Annalise’s name
T.R. Williams Idk, Annalise was a college professor; they look like students 🤷🏽♀️
02:24 I guess she really goin for that Oscar huh? lol
It's actually my second time watching this scene and I can't stop crying especially during Michaela's part. Among the K5, she's the one I get the most.
It’s like she had an epiphany when michaela said she gonna kill her LOL
Actually, there is a lot of things must be clarified like Gabriel's Mom, Tegan throwing glasses in the garbage, and death of A.K
3 hours later and I'm just now able to close my mouth from the ending but what I didn't get is why Annalise wanted them to say goodbye to Laurel as if she is dead or knows she left on purpose
So crazy. We're still in shock!
Don MelMel
My thoughts exactly, whether Laurel took Christopher and ran, abandoning them all or not, I don’t believe she did but do think it’s a possibility, except, why did she give Connor and Oliver the right to take custody of Christopher if anything happened to her? I like to believe she and her son were kidnapped and until we know for certain what happened to them both, Annalise should be doing her best to get to the bottom of everything, find Laurel and Christopher, have her brother and the governor arrested and imprisoned and find out what happened with Emmett.
Don MelMel Did she? Michaela was the only one that brought up Laurel
Kadasberry11 Yeah she said act like your in Laurel's funeral before they started hitting the pillow
Wth I’ve missed way to much 🤦🏽♀️
She would have faked her death, all the murders that have been committed would have led up to this point in their lives where they are about to be caught. Annalise is to blame, or she allows herself to be blamed. Therefore, she fakes her death and gets away with it. This being the ultimate way to get away with murder is to be murdered yourself. So ironic.
I must be the only one who doesn’t see Annalese as some kind of martyr. She definitely has a Savior complex about the people in her life, when she herself is just as messed up and needs to be saved from herself. The Keating 5 was created from some need to atone from her own past. They turned into some sort of karmic lesson for her that will result in her eventual undoing.
THe fact that this is titled "What Happened to Annalise" instead of "Who Killed Annalise" Tells me she's not dead.
And the fact we haven't seen her dead body. Shonda tried this on Scandal with Quinn. I wasn't fooled then, I'm not fooled now.
ak170492 smarttt
What a great episode. I got chills. Can't wait for next week! OMG
They want to surprise us, I hope they will do it with happy ending ..
I'm not ready for sad one
Tbh I feel like she was having like some sort of vision?? I don't know tho🤷🏾♀️ HOPEFULLY IT IS STAGED THEN IF NOT 😭
It is call How to get away with murder. So I don't think she is dead. All this should be part of Analise's plan 🤫🤫🤫
It better be.
If A.K is really dead I bet Oliver did. Remember in the scene with him and Conner. He said he will do anything to protect him. We are seeing a different side of him this final season. Plus he is the only one left who hasnt killed anyone, am I right?
AK hasn’t killed anyone... she’s covered it all up, but she hasn’t killed anyone, that we know of...
@@brycmtthw I think they'll put everything on her then fake her death
Laurel ?
Mikaela?
Hope Netflix get season 6 as soon as possible

You're welcome😊❤
Sorry but Oliver’s made me roll my eyes.
Lmfaoooooo I swear he did too much 😂😭😂
Tell me why did i watch this till the end? I havent seen a single thing for season 6 😭😭😭😭
Dont worry its only the end of the first episode
I love Annalise from the bottom of my heart, but feel that Michaela, Asher and Connor have the right to be mad at her because look at everything she’s hidden from them; she knew Michaela’s birth father, Dwight because she defended and got him off on his crimes years ago when she was a student right? and that’s why she chose Michaela for the K5 in the beginning, the same reason she chose Wes, Asher and maybe Laurel (though really it was Frank that got her to hire Laurel), all because she knew their parents or of them, so now we just have to find out why she chose Connor. More importantly, we have to find out more about how Annalise knew Michaela’s father and what this means for the two of them.
They killed her husband, Frank killed her baby, Bonnie was messing around with her husband and she has done everything to continuously save them even losing her job and sanity in the process yet they still are ungrateful if anyone has the right to be upset it's Annalise
Millennial 98
True, but it was Wes that killed Sam, but Laurel, Michaela and Connor helped burn and dispose of the body, and Frank, I hate him for everything he’s done to ruin and screw up Annalise’s life; killing her son and getting her to hire Laurel which caused her to be threatened several times by her father and now her brother, and Bonnie has definitely helped ruin her too for killing Rebecca and messing around with Sam, but you know Annalise deserves at least some of the blame, because she hired Wes and that’s what lead to him getting involved with Rebecca and killing Sam, so Annalise made this mess in some ways herself and is responsible for some of it. Yes, she is the only one of them who hasn’t killed anyone and is innocent, but even for all the times she’s risked her life and career and covered up and protected them all she has also lied and hidden a lot of secrets from them about why she chose them and it’s really made things bad for all of them, including her.
For example, look at why she chose to hire Wes, because she knew his mother and blamed herself for her suicide and because she hired Wes, it got her back into her feud with the Mahoney’s (mostly because of Frank) who were mostly responsible for killing her son. So, that kind of proves my point that Annalise should be blamed at least a little for everything that’s happened. But I still love her anyway.
KnowledgeGatherer DraftSaver Nah lol Annalise was trying to make amends; she didn’t choose them to keep an eye on them or out of guilt. She chose them to make their lives better. She never used them for personal gain so why she chose them isn’t really of importance-it’s just the catalyst. Quite frankly, they’re all still ungrateful brats. To say, if she didn’t choose them they they wouldn’t have committed these crimes is ludicrous lol because she didn’t encourage any of their crimes! She simply cleaned it up; which she did Not have to do. Let us not forget that Asher flew into a rage and drove over a woman; do we honestly believe that wasn’t in him all along? Rational, law-abiding people don’t commit the acts that Connor, Michaela, Asher, Wes and Laurel have committed just because their professor emboldened them too; Annalise isn’t a cult leader. If it was one person (student), sure. A group? No. They were all problematic to begin with and brought their baggage to Annalise ✌🏾
Millennial 98 THEY didn’t do anything, Wes did.
Tbh...I think annalise is smart and is teaching them about law in her actions ......they have to understand that being a lawyer comes with a lot of responsibilities and to Avoid jail they have to do certain things even if it means hurting someone in the process ..u guys aren’t looking at the bigger pic mon
shes not dead. they always show us what happens in the midseason finale. I bet its a set up to catch some people. it was a closed casket, you dont see her at all. shes not dead.
BFGomez1 If she was beat to death with a fire poker, I’d imagine the casket Would be closed 😐 #FoodForThought
Kadasberry11 but they always show us the mid season finale... and i’m sure they wouldn’t kill her off mid season.
2:00 loved that part lol
I think the ending is split, with the killing maybe being real and the funeral might be a dream, just like the beginning of the episode....
I love how open they are all to each other, to be able to do this in front of your friends.
I can’t wait to post all of my theories on my channel haha
I had to re-watch the scene because I was confused
This is all fake, She must be alive!
If anybody knew the ramifications of this segment and how it really goes down. I can’t watch it, it’s poignantly real.
Stephanie Hebert she probably still in rehab ?
Cette fin de serie s'annonce sensationnelle!!!! Un pur régal!!! Merci de donner une fin digne de ce nom à cette série complètement folle :)
Is this a good therapist tactic ?
entreprenuer Jones i’m asking myself either
HTGAWM e suas músicas indies MARAVILHOSAS DA TRILHA PQPPP
C'mon yall. How can you fake a death with a body in the casket?
@Womangamer Walkthrough True. But I don't see why they would have a coffin and no body. Not too familiar how funerals work tho lol.
It can be done, I’m sure.
In regards to Wes killing Sam, am I the only one that remembers that it was an accident? BUT what they did about it was what was wrong. It was all downhill from there!
are you fucing kidding me?! what is this?!!! how can they say the fans will be happy with the ending of htgawm and then pulled a stun like this?! I swear i will loathe this fucing show if shes really dead!
FACTS
Hmmm, actually Jack Falahee said that most fans wouldn't be happy with the direction season 6 was taking, and he was right.
Killing Annalise like this is very predictable for a final season, I just hope that her death is far in the future, since there is no "3 months later" like the other seasons. Also I bet that the blood and fire poker shots aren't related with Annalise's death.
i was like “OLIVER YOU BETTER BEAT THAT PILLOW”😭😭😭😭‼️
She is not dead 🙄 this is to flush out the Castillo’s
Who also thinks the lady who put the box at the top of the cupboard is responsible for Annelis death?🤔
guys!!!replay this and think!Everyone thought she was dead but、、you know what "Annalise is back "mean 0:55
To all the people who are afraid that Annalise is really dead ... calm down. Of course this is the final season but the directors would never kill her off. Especially the fact that it was revealed in the first episode that Annalise was "killed" is a warning signal. If the show decided to really let her kill in season 6 the big reveal of her death would be the final reveal in the series finale and not in the first episode. In my opinion they wanna let us think this season is about to find out who killed Annalise but this wouldn´t be a final season then in comparison to the other seasons. I think she faked her own death and will start a new life and thats how the show is called "How to get away with murder". In the end Annalise is the real boss from the show so its dubious that someone is able to kill her.
What is the name of this song?
When you think about Annaliese. if you going to be honest she really is the most selfless person that gets call selfish.
How each season has worked: we're mainly seeing the past, but have flashes to the present. The first half of the season we're seeing the events that lead up to someone's murder. At the finale, we usually find out who did the murdering. On the second half we find out why and how.
We have a while for this to make sense. I just know Annalise better not be dead for real
from what I can see she faked her death and moved somewhere far away from new york (probably, somewhere in Europe then Michaela and the others are the ones who is to blame for the murder of Annalise.
I'm doing this therapy today...i need it lol
Okay does anyone else see Simon in the funeral scene or is it just me? 3:31
Wow - so much tension and suspense but that is what the show has always been about. The only thing that has been said for certain (as far as we can trust it) is that not everyone will be getting their happy ending and major character(s) will die. (Also Laurel is not returning as a regular cast member.....hmmm). Anyway killing Annalise would be epic BUT very hard to take. One other point - you can get away with murder if you are in witness protection so maybe that is what will happen???
You may think analise is bad! But as i have watched all the previous seasons, she is not! She defended them from all their crimes. All the killings are theirs not hers.
I don’t think she dies when the detectives questioned them they said informant was killed , the only informant is Nate 🤔
That’s definitely not her funeral I don’t see none of Annalise family hell I don’t see any black people I bet she is using a teaching method for her students with a fake funeral
I'm fucking pissed. Yes, Annelise did alot of things, but those rotten kids also also committed murder. And alot of them were not in Annelise's power. And who covered up their crimes and protected them at the end of the day. Saved them as well, just like Bonnie! There's your answer! So before anyone in the comment section is overjoyed with Annelise's ultimate death. Just think about her lack of selfishness and safety she put on the line for those rotten motherfuckers. And yes, alot of you are saying Annelise called for this and this is her karma that never ends well, in this case ended with her death. Just think about what she's also been through and again helping those kids that ultimately sent her to her grave. Someone seriously could have taken her place, like seriously. Viola Davis made this show what it is. It started with her and now it ended with her!!! HOW FUCKED UP IS THAT!!!😭😭😭😭😰
Firsly I misheard Annalise is Michaela's mother lmaooooo.
This was a powerful scene!!!
Alguém legenda essa cena....por favor
Et si Annalise etait la mère de Michaella??? Elle a peut etre eu une relation avec son père biologique!!! Ceci expliquerait pourquoo Michaella ressemble de plus en plus à Annalise.
Michaela was the most selfish one out of the 5, she just tried to put blame on Annalise. I used to like her initially but at the end of the show, she was one of least favourites. I loved Laurel all through, she had morale.
They all needed a reasles foreal poor kids they just wanted to be lawyers smh
what season and series is it?
I do this too. Except with a punching bag instead of a pillow.
Michaela is one hot savage in this scene
now that Annalisa comes out of rehab she can be the person she want s to be and if Annalisa take all the bad men and people in her life and be the person she wants to be like when she was with Eve and Nate positive people and leave the old Annalisa behind her and be the new clean healthy Annalisa and my be she finds out that she love n Nate after all like Nine said Nate late wife said because when Nina ask Annalisa if she love Nate she was stud
This is really sad to me because I've watch Annalise try to help everyone and all she deserved was to be loved and to be happy but those ungrateful bitches chose to look at her as the monster while she was the one who cleaned up their mess think abt it from season 1 till now they were the ones who caused all the problems n ak she did was help she was the epitome of blck royalty n now she's gone
michaela and connors performance and monologue was awesome but olivers made me laugh each time
After the shock wears off lol. When you think about it , it makes sense. Over the past 5 seasons who has been the root of The Keating 5’s demise. Annalise . She has had a hold on them since Sam’s murder. Also, at some point in all 5 seasons every single one of them have expressed they wished she was dead. Even Bonnie and Frank. So really it makes sense to have everything come to a climax where Annalise get her comeuppance in the end.
I think it's the other way around. The Keating 5, especially Laurel's family, is the cause of Annalise's suffering.
I didn't watch this series for Annalise to die in the end, Peter Nowalk! I hated it.
If that really happened, I expect a low audience. No interest to keep watching. This decision would end the series in the worst way.
Man it’d be cool if Michaela just hit the chair a bunch instead of just telling everyone exactly how she feels. Subtlety would be cool
I don't think Laurel left on her own terms, I think she was blackmailed the thankyou at the end of the season sounded more like a cry for help to me
I don't understand if they all hate Annalisa Why do they still have her phone number in their phone
Song title? Anyone?
Quando sai no Brasil????
Não dá pra saber talvez só final do ano.
Dia 1 de feveiro de 2021 na netfliix
She fakes her death to cover up all the horrifying things they did since season 1.
Essa sena merece um Oscar
I didn't watched the video since the seasons is not on netflix yet, and I didn't want to spoil myself but I read most of the comments and now I had an idea what is happening 😟😰
#WhoKilledAnnalise
I don't think she dies. I think she has a vision after Michaela says she is going to kill her.
Melhor série ♥️♥️♥️
It looks like that there is no government or law in Pakistan.
I believe it’s a dream a deep suspense to where she was about to say she knows her father n went into a dream about her death...:can’t be so easily given away that she died
Come Shonda, u couldn't Iyanla Vanzant to do Annalise's eulogy? We need all the Csmeo's u can get this season. Oprah, Samuel Jackson, Brad Pitt. Bring them all in.
WOW WOW WOW!! THERES NO WAY!!!
