What I loved about this scene is Connor and Michaela friendship. They have come a long way since the Pilot.

Indeed they have, from two competing for first place to either we protect each other or we go down together. I love how their relationship and friendship has grown over 6 seasons, I mean the scene in season 2 where she begged him not to go to Stanford and leave her only makes this scene more believable.
Of corse, I don’t like that they’re going to testify against Annalise as she’s innocent from all of it but it’s kind of true that they’re only involved in it because she hired them, she has protected them but she chose to save herself and run for her own reasons that were more than their reasons, but they’re doing the same thing here. Annalise will likely hit back at them or have Frank and Bonnie do it.

KnowledgeGatherer DraftSaver Conner and Michaela have always been involved only indirectly with the murders, they weren’t the one who physically killed Sam, they also don’t have a developed motive to murder someone. I mean like Wes killed Sam because he was protecting Rebecca who he loved. And Annalise helped all the kids because she wanted to protect Wes, which is stemmed from her guilt towards the suicide of his mother. Wes, Annalise, and even Bonnie and Frank, they are all somehow attached to a motive to commit the murder, while Conner, Michaela were merely in the wrong place at the wrong time. Cutting a deal for themselves are conceivable.

It’s clear that it was Connor, I mean they are close from the beginning she became friend with Connor before Laurel, and Laurel became so selfish since season 3 she used Michaela and the rest of them to take a revenge of her family, she didn’t care about their security

Right. When you have to say That's your best friend to show that's your best friend your not that close. The writers had to focus her and Laurel' s relationship because they killed of Wes and they had to keep her in the circle somehow after she got pregnant.

I'm so happy Michaela and Connor stayed loyal together even through all of this. They're the strongest bond on the show I love their friendship so much! I still love Annalise but I understand why they did take the deal, they didn't want to but she put herself first so they had to too. Plus they look like they'll be working together again in the promo anyways

I agree, remember what Asher told them before he died, he told them to save themselves as they know Annalise would do the same. I also love Annalise still and hate that she’s being blamed when she’s innocent and hasn’t killed anyone, but she had to know this would have happened, and what I’ve been saying is like Oliver told Connor that even though he and Michaela are partly responsible for Sam’s murder; what with Michaela pushing him off the staircase and Connor drove Wes who killed him to the house that night and chopped up his body; but the only reason they got involved and have been put through this is because Annalise hired them for the K5. I like how they’re both loyal to each other, but I have a bad feeling that Annalise will hit back at them now or Frank and Bonnie might do that.

I loved their friendship, wish we saw more of it. I do not understand people who blame them over AK. From the main ones this whole mess is on Wes (killing Sam and making them bury him), Laurel (hiding Michaelas engagement ring) and AK (making them not to confess in s1). I am really glad that the most innocent ones in all of this did not end up jail.

jkliopghj They were adults by then. They knew what was right or wrong. Annalise convinced them not to turn themselves in to protect them, but it was still their decision that led them to not doing it. Annalise is partly to blame but to say this was all her fault is completely false.

Exactly, Annalise does kind of owe Connor and Michaela because the only reason they’re involved in this is because she hired them even if they are partly to blame for Sam’s murder, it’s because she hired them that they’re now at this point. As for Frank and Bonnie, they can go to prison for all I care, they’re more to blame for this mess than anyone. Frank started it all even before when he unintentionally helped kill Annalise’s unborn son and if Bonnie had just let Lila Stangard into Annalise’s house the night she died to tell her that Sam knocked her up none of their would have happened, but then there’d be no 6 seasons and plot for the whole show overall.

I only say partly to blame in case others argue with me, I know that Wes killed Sam, but Connor and Michaela were involved in it even though they didn’t kill Sam, except they wouldn’t be if Annalise hadn’t hired them (though Bonnie said she chose Connor not Annalise), but at least they have each other’s backs right now and are saving themselves since Annalise isn’t there to protect them, although she hasn’t killed anyone and now they’re going to testify against her.

They wanted to be there. They initially tried to get rid of Sam's body with Wes before they thought of turning themselves in. Micheala got a guy deported to Iran to selfishly save herself. Annalise was not even involved in that whole side scheme. Not one bit. Didn't even know about it until well after Simon got shot.
They stay blaming Annalise, but go to her for help when they get in trouble.

As much as I love how Connor and Michaela’ friendship and that they are loyal to each other and got themselves out on no charges, I am mad that they have agreed to turn on and inform against Annalise because she is innocent, she killed no one, and while they didn’t actually kill Sam, they are responsible for him; Michaela pushed him off the staircase and Connor drove Wes who killed him to the house that night and chopped up his body, but like I’ve been saying, and Oliver said it too, they only got involved in any of it because Annalise hired them which is why I think she kind of owed them and she has protected them, but instead she put herself first and ran even though she had every reason and better reasons than they do, but now they’re just doing the same like Asher told them before he died, ‘save yourselves, you know that’s what she’d do.’

Annalise can turn Bonnie and Frank in for all I care since they were responsible for why this all happened and Frank was responsible for it long before by unintentionally getting her unborn son killed; if Bonnie had just let Lila Stangard into her house the night she died to tell her the truth that Sam knocked her up, none of this would have happened and Lila might have lived, but then there would be no show or plot for each season then.
She is innocent and hasn’t killed anyone, I never said it was her fault, but it is kind of true that Connor and Michaela only got involved in any of it because she hired them for the K5 in the beginning; even though they are responsible for Sam’s death, but they’re doing what she did, saving themselves from prison like she did, even though she didn’t have as good a chance and better reasons to run and put herself first than them. Yall keep forgetting that Annalise constantly put those kids in situations that were impossible. Sam's death was an accident that she made them cover up and then used that knowledge to keep them close to her.
Olavi Hekandjo but she let them go in season 4 but then the accident with Simon happened so they call her back. When she let them go Michaela was sad and didn’t want to even Asher.

In the beginning there was the K5: Connor, Michaela, Asher, Laurel and Wes, by season 3 it was the K4 after Wes died (though is he alive as episode 9 teased?), after season 5 it was the K3 after Laurel disappeared with Christopher, but they’re both alive and in hiding and right now it’s really the K3 with Asher dead and if Wes is not alive after all and Laurel is still safe with Christopher but in this scene it’s the K2, Connor and Michaela, the two who started out as competing, stay out of my way, I’m gonna be first not you and went to friends, comforting one another, always having each other’s backs to now we either stand together and protect each other or we go down together. After Michaela and Asher’s relationship and Wes and Laurel’s, never once have I been more grateful than to see the friendship grow between these two until now, if it wasn’t for each other, they’d both have never gotten through everything up till this point together.
Of course, it’s not fair that they’re turning against Annalise but she did the same thing as them to save herself even though she had less of a chance and better reasons, but Annalise said herself in season 3 that if they ever got immunity she was sure it would be hard for them to say no to it. Of course that was immunity from the DA not the FBI.

I think that when AK left, she wanted the feds to put everything on her back but not be available for prosecution. In other words, she wanted the K5 unarmed, not accused but she didn't want to go to jail either. She didn't know that Asher was an informant nor that he had died.
I'm glad Michaela and Connor got each other's back. I'm glad they took the deal. But I don't see it as "we're protecting ourselves because she's protecting herself". I think they're caught between a rock and a hard place and took their only way out hoping and praying that the FBI never find AK because they don't wish her jail time either.

Back in s1 she was the one who told Wes to convince them since she didn’t want to see him go to jail. She knew that he’d need help and since then has played it off as she helping them when she was really helping Wes and took advantage of them in the process

I was going to say something like that. Like what if Annalise had hoped the kids betrayed her so they can get a deal...maybe she is still protecting them. The Keating 5 spent so much time blaming her and expecting the worse from her that they never looked back and realized how much she protected and actually loved them.
She's always protecting them and will always do. Plus, Connor and Michaela know that Annalise got their back. She's the one who never killed anyone but still she's loyal to them

I love how they made it clear they wanted them to pin Sam's death on Annalise. That one detail fucks everything up because they really do have love for Annalise for covering for them even though they killed Sam. So to pin it on her is like a slap in the face. Especially considering every other murder stemmed from the first.
I'm hoping Annalise, Connor, and Michaela all figure out a way to get out of this one together. If they tell her about the deal they took they can start working out a plan to protect Annalise.

Annalise didn’t kill anyone, here’s why she lose, the twist here is Asher’s death. After asher dies the K5 didn’t feel safe anymore knowing that the FBI killed asher means that they won’t stop at nothing to bring Annalise down. First Mistake is she trusted her students, second Connor and Michaela will confess first, knowing that they’ll protect her. Third Annalise won’t be given a chance on immunity cause no evidence will support her defense that she didn’t murder anybody but the fbi will have witnesses and informant that will pin everything against her.
Ending theory - Annalise will die, with death penalty or someone will kill her, Wes is alive the Castillo or the fbi has him and laurel. Connor and Michaela will have immunity. Frank and Bonnie will die or arrested for being co conspirator, Nate will be arrested for the murder of Miller. Wes will be the epitome of how to get away with murder.

the way that it went from annalise protecting them while they blame her for ever bad thing that happened to them even when she could’ve gotten off clean from the beginning if she turned them in, to them framing annalise when for all the murders when she never had any blood on her hands.
It’s sad how ungrateful these kids are. they’ve always hated analise bc they thought she ruined their life when she actually saved them multiple times. I loved their friendship more than anything...so I must agree with your statement. The ending made sense for their characters, but it was quite sad as their friendship was fire-forged yet still destroyed due to their own actions.
They would have kept their friendship if Oliver's bullshit didn't treat Michaela like crap and blamed her. Oliver was a total SIMP this entire show. And Michaela told Connor to get the deal and he just wouldn't. That's his fault only and Michaela was damn right to protect herself for once.

Michaela and Conner deserve each other lol they complain the most out of the group and blamed Annalise for everything. They are such spoiled brats. At least Laura thanked Annalise for everything she done to protect them before she “disappeared” and Wes was mad at Annalise but he always had a soft spot for her and tried to protect her before he “died” and even though Asher turned on everybody at the end he never blamed Annalise for anything and always had her back. Well, but in the end, it was Connor who went to jail, which was a deliverance for him, (unlike Michaela, who was left with her conscience alone) and then he started a new life with Oliver and they stayed together forever.
