Recommend this as a regular upper body (arms) training session- with some core and abs to kick if off. Chris works every part --all angles of your biceps, triceps, lats and chest. Excellent class!

Fun Friday/Saturday!! Great Arm work.. Emptied my rack, used mostly heavy weights. Luckily (being in the after party)I was able to change weight w/o missing a beat in those close arm push ups,. (WOW) Loved getting my Abs involved so I feel Pumped and Tight,
