In here, you can eat everyday, maybe not very full, but at least no risk unlike in the wild, you are hunting for survival unfortunately some species are also hunting you to stay alive. Hehehe.. Anyway, also in the wild, catching a prey/meal in everyday basis is not always guaranteed. Tough competition and there is always a "bigger fish" than you. So I can understand those animals. I do not blame them.

Sea lions are so adorable. I enjoy watching the pelicans also.
The seal is the most well behaved out of all the animals. He waits patiently for what’s given to him.

Someone should start a business selling small fish for tourist to feed those birds. That could be another source of income for those fishermen.
