Over the years, I gathered these conclusions, and really pissed off "Kung Fu" practitioners. Personally, I'm sick of hearing bullshit about "Shaolin traditions" that have nothing to do with my practice. I also can't stand hearing people casually reference "internal power", as if there's consensus on what that even means. This book has been badly overdue for decades.
