Jeffery at Real Nidty Vintage finds great vases that are the kind you lije...much more reasonably. Btw, one SELLS in Palm Springs. West Palm Beach too.
Mid-Century Modern isn’t as popular out in the Midwest as it is in California, so I’m always so jealous at the prices they find out there!
@Mid-Century Wasted I am in Oregon, but have lived in So Cal and in S Florida. Here, we have a vintage/ antique vintage nearby and there is not the interest elsewhere. Jeffrey is in the midst of moving to an area outside of Orlando from mid Illinois. My guess is that he will be back and forth a bit so you might contact him about your stretch vase collection. He is a flamingo collector.
@@sallyward3791 Jeffrey and I are buddies, I went out to his shop when he had his PopUp sale there a couple years ago. I’m looking forward to seeing how his sourcing changes in Florida vs Illinois! I bet he’ll start finding different kinds of things and different prices. What a new adventure he’s on, it’s fun to watch it! What part of Oregon are you in? My parents live in Bend and we go up there a couple times a year. I have some shopping videos from some of the trips we took on my channel 💖
@Mid-Century Wasted my son lives in Brokentop, next to Tetherow in Bend. His main home is Noe Valley in SF. He also has a small farm outside of Newberg Oregon...which I think he just sold because his 3 teen girls like the outdoors in Bend more. I live in Shetwood just off of 99w.
Jeffery is a hoot. I have noticed that there seems to be much more mid-century in FL. I used to live in Boca and wait til he discovers that! The furniture and furnishings at 2nd- hand stores are amazing and affordable. He needs to take a full truckload up to IL when he goes in good weather. Lots of custom awesomeness..barely used and much vintage..

Everything is so beautiful but with a high price tag. Being from the Palm Springs area, I would bet some of the stuff just might had came from the Movie Stars from that era.

Jamie get some earthquake wax for your vases and have some peace of mind it works great You can find it at Home Depot I have all my goodies with earthquake wax I’m also in California earthquake territory LOL
I have it on everything, even my pictures on the walls to keep them level 😂
