Moose is my all time favorite hunt. I was fortunate enough to take a world class Russian Moose on the Kamchatka in 2000 and replay that hunt in my mind on a regular basis. Richie - Cody is correct. Your time will come!
Rippin on Pat love it. He graduated with my cousin. I ran into him in Nelson WI one time 20 years ago. Seemed kind of arrogant to me. He hunts some ground in MN across the road from my dads farm.
What a fabulous hunt. So many great moments. - hard to pass up the pyjama pants bull -middle of the night critter would have me pretty nervous out there -great shot on a bull of your dreams Thanks for taking us along Cody & Richy !
I really enjoyed watching this. i remember getting skunked on my frist hunt in New Brunswick at 18 thinking i would never get another chance. 2 years later I was quiding for MacMillan River outfitters in the Yukon for the next 7 seasons and got to Harvest a 68 inch bull for my self that grossed 230 b& c. and guiding for alot of real nice bulls living my dream of being a Big Gamr guide. Then I got to guide for Stan Stevens for 18 seasons that were the best times in my hunting career as a guide. I guiede Cody Miller for a !78 4/8 B&C Ram that I have on video some place. I love the Mackenzie Mt,s, they are amazing to hunt. Scotty Boyd.
Amazing hunt and amazing video!!! Can't believe that Ritchie didn't pull the trigger on that bull, incredible self control and can't wait to see his turn come as well!
I think this is my favorite episode yins have done, freaking great! Really entertaining too! Well done and congrats!!! Alaskan moose is my #1 animal I wanna go after, that and a wolf 😜
Nice bull bro real nice, grew up in Alaska… from 1959, @ 5 yrs old shot some big moose & caribou ect…. The biggest had a 64 inch rack, in 7 & 8 ft grass and willows a big grizzly sounded off all of us spun around like old western gun slingers….3 of us in a silver streak 21 ft 24:45 aluminum white water boat 350- 4 barrel 3 stage jet 13 to 3 inch jet… I’m 71 yrs old now bro GOOD memories….:)
The few seconds of that bull chasing that cow through the water....unreal , cool watch and amazing result with that crazy Bull. Way better than Pat Reeves puny fork horn
Cody, I`ve missed you for so long, glad your back, my best to Kelsey! Congrats on one beautiful Bull Moose! I was hoping Richie would score one too, I give him credit on passing on those 2 bulls. Loved the tour of " Playboy Mansion " you made some great repairs for future hunts. Loved the area, quiet and beautiful, you are a lucky man to do what you love best. Crips is that the new shoe ? Will you be on You Tube also? Thanks for sharing this adventure and looking for more.
Passing on that bull WILL pay off eventually when God bless'es you with the bull you have dreamt about your entire life... Congrats cody on the bull you got. Great job filming and creating a terriffic show. Loved the grayling section as well...
Great vid, amazing footage, once in a lifetime experience! Hey have you got a track list from the vid? Bunch of great tunes throughout the vid I’d love to chase up!
so i was watching this , when you shot your moose cody and you were saying you were so thankful i was litteraly crying , so glad to see a animal of that magnitude get shot by someone who is so thankful and appreciative as you. im Canadian and im 29 , just sucks ill never be able to do something like that , i have to work everyday to just barley stay afloat ,but im glad you got your dream bull moose. and you treated it as such , great job guys !
Dropped him from 315 yards with one shot from your 7mm Mag. Nice. What bullet were you shooting? I ask because that is my chosen moose caliber and I shoot 165 gr. Nosler Partions.
Just curios about how do you preserve the moose meat without ice or refrigeration. Also how much does a hunt like that cost? The videography is amazing.
We quartered and hung it and the temperatures were fairly cool. Then we had it flown out back to base camp a couple days later where it was frozen. Thanks for watching!
I was wondering where there hasn’t been any episodes on here in a while. If moose and mule deer are your favorite where does whitetail fall on that list
(google translate) I don't understand, could you explain? does this animal weigh? and what is it used for? eat? or do you kill it and leave it in the woods?
@@LIVE2HUNT Wow amazing. I am sad that in my country the "protection" laws make hunting 100% illegal. and unfortunately the people hunt wrongly and aggressively. It's good to know that in the US hunting works to preserve!
Love seeing the videos on RUclips!
Thanks Clayton!
Richie...his call really got into the head of that moose..and Cody..that on screen performance of CRIBS..juan solid!! Entertaining

What a moose!!! What poundage do you shoot and what caliber rifle?
What a moose indeed! 70 lbs and 7mm rem mag.
I would put flash bangs around and set traps to scare the bears away !;:
I was wondering how y'all were going to bring meat and keep it fresh for 10 days. I forgot you had a whole moose and a lake full of fish.🤣👍
What outfitter did you use? I want and ready to hunt in Alaska
سلام حضور شما. آیا گوزنها در فصل جفت گیری و یا جفت یابی نبودند؟
Wasn’t Richie with Tim Wells when he saw the Sasquatch?
How much I’m in Canada love ur vids
Moose meat is so good . Nice moose , thats a dream
It’s fantastic to eat!
Let me guess, that's your "Dream Moose" right? lol.
7mm what ammo were you using please
I was wondering where there hasn’t been any episodes on here in a while. If moose and mule deer are your favorite where does whitetail fall on that list

Yep, dude you're really crazy for not center punching that bull! But, to each his on!
Where's Kelsy ???? 🥰
(google translate) I don't understand, could you explain? does this animal weigh? and what is it used for? eat? or do you kill it and leave it in the woods?
He weighed well over 1000 lbs, and all the useable meat was taken and eaten. Moose is fantastic to eat!
@@LIVE2HUNT Wow amazing. I am sad that in my country the "protection" laws make hunting 100% illegal. and unfortunately the people hunt wrongly and aggressively. It's good to know that in the US hunting works to preserve!
Where in the Yukon is this?
What’s up with the whole rhubarb patch ? What even is it?
I think it was actually rhubarb the trapper planted!
Just watchin and why 2 caps?
Two caps?
Wonder how wide that bull was
55”. Not real wide but his character was crazy!
If you shot a traditional bow I'd be impressed.
